Bucket Cafe — Restaurant in Sugar Grove

Have ordered and dined in for many happy years, but haven't left a review until now... We ordered a basic cheese and pepperoni pizza and hot wings to go. I must say that we eat out more than I care to admit, but within a 30 mile radius to us, this has to be the best wings and pizza I (and hubby) have had in years! I used to live in Buffalo, and these wings compare to the sauce I'm most accustomed to. When thinking of a buffalo style chicken wing, these are saucy, spicy, crispy and fall of the bone! The pizza dough is different (but in a good way) not store bought... it is fluffy and buttery, and the sauce to cheese ratio is perfect and don't get me started on the ranch dressing, MIND BLOWN! Delicious! 😋 Hands down the best pizza and wing place around here! Not to discredit the rest of the menu because everything I have ordered has always been so satisfying! We came in for lunch about 15 minutes after they opened. They were disorganized and no one wanted to wait on us at first. We ordered a sub to split between the two of us. It wasn't cut and there were no knives anywhere in sight. We had to go to the counter and ask. After we ate we had to go back up to the counter and wait to pay. The sandwich was ok. Oh yeah, when we ordered we asked if they had capicola for the sub (An Italian sub!) and the waitress said they only had hot peppers! Edit after reading some of the other reviews: It's a "family restaurant where everyone knows everyone". We were passing through the area:: Strange out-of- towners asking for strange Italian meat!. I picked up a pizza assuming my husband screwed up... First off after having a issue with the sauce... there was BARELY any there. I asked the lady what type of sauce she said he didn't specify I get home and with two witnesses he says he asked for white sauce. Even while waiting no one offered to redo the pizza.

I would not dine in if you have a problem with smoke the way I do just going in on the family side can start seizing your lungs. The place is saturated in the smell.
