China King — Restaurant in Sullivan

A very small, quiet place in an older building. We drove past it twice before we found it. I agree with another post, the staff is very hard to understand, but they are polite.We actually enjoyed our food. We had the Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Steamed Broccoli, Egg Rolls, and Dumplings. The portions were adequate size for the price and the price was the same as what you would expect in Mattoon or Champaign. I will definitely be going back, but probably will...

I have tried to dine at this restaurant three times in the past three years and they are never open. I have a copy of a menu with the stated hours, as well as driven there and no sign in the door- just closed during business hours- apparently those no longer apply. Severely disappointed and have lost my business moving...

Food not very good. I've tried it 3 or 4 times now. Very disappointed. The General Tso flavor was really off, tasted old & almost burnt like it had been sitting there for a long time. Maybe that's why it was so dark in color too. For now on I'm driving to China Wok in Mattoon, at least I know my food...
