Rita's Bakery & Pizza — Restaurant in Summerhill

I came here with my family after church, we all ordered the Rita’s Omelette, I ordered mine with no onions, the first time they brought it out it had onions on it and in it, I sent it back and told them I requested no onions, the second time it came out it still had onions all through it. I sent it back again, the waiter asked me if I wanted to order anything else. I told him I wanted the omelette WITHOUT the onions, it took another 25 minutes to come out. Meanwhile my entire family had been done eating 40 minutes ago. And the last time he brought it out it was missing the toast. That was another 10 minutes wait. They never apologized or offered to take it off the bill. I will never come here again and I will encourage anyone who wants to, to go somewhere else. A simple apology goes a long way. Horrible. Went for mothers day and they were trying to close early but didn't tell any one. Me and my little cousin ordered burgers but since they didn't want to turn on the grill they said they ran out. Yes a restaurant said they ran out of hamburgers. I left at this point but my family stayed. The rest of my family had dinners which were microwaved.. not even hot. They tried to order me a stromboli to take home, an hour before their early close time and they had already shut down the oven, thats how we knew they were lying about the burgers.
