Awesome totally gluten free bakery that also offers some gluten free/dairy free. As a GF/DF, I bought a loaf of the white bread (awesome!), pumpkin chocolate chip muffins (so yummy, flavorful and moist), snickerdoodles (best I’ve ever had) and Almond Joy Fuel Bites (super delicious). I wish I could have had some of the other wonderful treats but they’re not dairy free. However, if you call the shop, they can make more of the other treats dairy free - like the individual focaccias- perfect as a burger bun, sandwich or by itself. We stopped here on our way our through Rapid City, and were not disappointed! All the reviews about the cinnamon rolls and the focaccia are true. The cinnamon rolls are delicious and soft, and the focaccia gets a nice crispy exterior while staying soft and airy on the inside. We also picked up a loaf of sandwich bread, which has been making me happy as toast with butter and jam in the morning.
