McDonald's — Restaurant in Summerton

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The sweet tea was sour and old, the fries were extremely bland and were fresh out of the fryers so I was shocked they didn't salt them, I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and the globbed mayo in the corner of the box and not even any on the sandwich, the tomatoes on my sandwich were sour and almost made me puke and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me an original chicken sandwich. Two of the employees, one who works drive-thru was in the lobby laughing so obnoxiously loud and gave me a headache and the girl that was supposed to be working the front counter was Itting in the lobby the entire time on her cell phone that was apparently way more important than serving customers and doing her job. My man and I were blaintly together and after he ordered his food she had a nasty attitude when saying "that all for you", completely ignoring me because yet again having her phone in her other hand not being used to punch our order in on the computer was way more important. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with McDonald's in my entire life and we can't go back to get it corrected because we are traveling from Georgia to North Carolina. I've ordered food here 2 months in a row. The food is horrible and my order was wrong both times. The food was cold both times. The management doesn't know how to run this restaurant. When I called about my order both times, nobody answered the phone. When I called again the following day, I told the manager exactly what the issue was. She placed me on hold for 8 minutes then when she picked back up, she told me I needed to drive back to the restaurant to show her the order I placed which was thru the app in order for her to refund my money. I told her I wasn't driving 30 minutes to the restaurant to waste more of my time but I would give her the order number for her to look it up. She refused to take the order number and told me I still needed to drive all the way there to show her the order which makes absolutely no sense. I placed both orders thru the McDonald's mobile app. I let her know I would just call corporate to have the issue taken care of. I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me then she hung up on me. I recorded the entire phone conversation. Horrible customer service and horrible food. I will not order food from this...

I never go into this establishment (or through the drive through) with high hopes. I go every so often due to the cravings of my family. And EVERY TIME I go, I place an order totaling more than $75. And you would think being a returning customer that when they see my order because it's always the same, or at least recognize my face... That they would remember the errors on them that were placed upon my orders and strive to rectify it. But unfortunately this is not the case. EVERY TIME I get my order there are more than one meal in the order missing, the specified customizing made is COMPLETELY IGNORED, and the condition of the food is ever so ghastly. And again, I only go to this restaurant at the request of my family and even though they suffer the same consequences this restaurant seems to continuously sneak into our monthly dinner schedule. If you MUST get McDonald's, or rather if you are a returning fanatic this isn't the location for you. You'll end up still hungry, dissatisfied and disappointed.
