My boyfriend and I were staying at a hotel in the area and ventured out to find something for dinner. When we saw Arby’s we both decided it sounded good and that it had been a long time since we had eaten there. I pulled into the parking lot to check the menu on my phone and wound up ordering via the app. I ordered two 2 for $7 sandwiches which allowed you to select side sauce options, however, I also ordered two large curly fries but was not given an option for side sauce. We were in the parking lot so we were right there to grab the food once ready. My boyfriend went in and kindly asked for a few packets to go for our curly fries. The manager interjected and said he personally placed 4 packets into the bag. My boyfriend explained that those were for the sandwiches and we still needed a few for the fries… we was begrudgingly handed a few more. When he got back to the truck and told me this I was off out and found it comical… like we were trying to hoard packets. The food was no better. The food was cold, even though we grabbed it as soon as it was placed on the to go shelf, it had clearly been premade and was sitting for quite some time. The cheese was not melted on any of the four sandwiches and could be picked up by the slide and easily removed… not warm and gooey like the commercials or advertisements depict. The sandwiches were also quite messy and falling apart and to top it off we weren’t given any napkins. Very disappointed. 0/10

Really upset that all you have is sliders now and your prices are way more then any other fast food business. Good food but jesus I could have went to a nice restaurant and fed my whole family for the price on 3 beef and cheddar curly fries and mozzarella sticks. $30 for all that. Bunch a bogus no Karfumple if ya ask me. You need to have to of the like product if your going to continue to be the highest priced fast food chain. Come on Arbys you have definately went backwards in my book. Straighten up. My lord.

I can't speak for inside as I did drive-thru but I can say this location was great. For one, they had very convenient hours. I've only ever seen Arbys open until 10pm so this was awesome as i love their 6 piece nugget kids meal. it's the perfect size meal for me and nowhere else has anything as amazing as the bronco berry sauce; i don't know what i'll do if it's ever discontinued, lol.

anyway- i was immediately greeted on the speaker which was very pleasant. when i ordered the staff wanted to let me know that there would be a wait of 5-6 minutes for fresh food when it came to my order and if i was ok with that. i thought it was very nice he asked and i also appreciated having fresh food. at the window the gentleman continued to be awesome and when he presented my food cautioned me on the temperature and to be careful which i thought was really nice. he had amazing manners which is just something that always sticks out to me being in the service/retail industry as well.

thank you again! i will definitely remember this location should i be in the area in the...

I love the food here. Simply done right and I am happy. But at this location the staff is hit or miss. I got the New bacon sandwich some time ago, and was given a stale bun with 4 pieces of bacon and lettuce was Browning. Now I admit, I looked a state that day, I was doing a clean out and was dirty, but I am not a fool.

I made them look at the sandwich, then at their display where obviously there was 20 or so big pieces of bacon, I said get me close with fresh bun and lettuce and we r good. I got the same bun w same lettuce and 1, count it 1 more piece of bacon. I stopped all other transactions and demanded satisfaction. I finally left with new items with a fair bit of bacon, but I shouldn't have to do all that for a sandwich. Always check your order everyone.

Now that being said, every other time I have had great product and service. So, decide for yourself. This would have been a 5 star but for that experience. Now that being said, Go out and try something new Erie, and have...
