Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Surgoinsville

I have eaten at the Surgoinsville Pizza Plus a lot while renting in Surgoinsville. The pizza is ok. Sometimes I order a hoagie and cheese fries. I quit ordering cheese fries because the cheese was always burnt. Tonight at 8:40 I ordered a Philly, was told 25-30 minutes. I arrived at the window at 9:10 to be told they had burned my Philly and forgot to make another one. I waited for 10 minutes. Unacceptable, then open my to go box and have $.50 of fries for $3.39, and they were cold from sitting in a box for at least 15 minutes, all of this after I had paid and left a generous tip on a to-go order. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to Roma from now on. Absolutely unacceptable service...

If I could give negative feedback of 1k it still would not be enough negative. We ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and a sandwich. We were NEVER told of any waite of 2 plus hours for delivery. 2.5 hours later and 2 more call to store and food shows up but missing the cheese sticks and cold as ice. Immediately call the store we were told they would give us a small credit on the next order and would make fresh sticks and send them. 1.5 hours later still no cheesesticks for our young daughter. This place is past the worst pizza plus or any pizza place ever. Do yourself a favor and do not bother with this careless, hateful, slow and lazy...

I had a call in order. It was a beef pizza thin crust. I have eat many of them. $9.98 cents. But try charge me $21.94cent fir something i didn't order. It was a cheeseburger pizza. So i got little agg . But just put car in drive an drove off. Not been back .. need get ( pods ) out of ther ears so they can here The order. Instead of try sell u what they want to sell u .
