I frequent this location about once a week; I work evenings/nights and this is on my way home. I loathe Taco Bell or any other mass fast food company; Federicos is my go to spot!!
I have encountered several issues when I order and drive away and find my order screwed up. I always say no cheese. I cannot have any dairy, period. I will be violently ill and will be in bed for 2 days (who has time for that). It hasn’t happened in well over a year and I’ve been happy because I hate bothering service workers when my order is incorrect. I don’t like to feel like I am complaining but I literally cannot eat my food with cheese on it.
Well tonight; I lost it. I order my food and repeated twice that i wanted no cheese!!! She repeated it to me and I confirmed. Well guess what; I got it smothered in melted cheese. And I lost it. I sobbed hysterically on my way home: it was the icing on the cake for me. Work night effing terrible. People at work were on edge ans rude; I work healthcare. All I wanted was my delicious Federicos and to go home to bed. Instead, I’m eating buttered bread while typing this. One time happening, accident. Two times, okay. This was no less than the tenth time this happened. Never again. You lost my business. My husbands business. My 5 children’s business and the rest of my extended family. You do not care about your customers. Period. Shame on you and your work ethic. What is the point of speeding thru customers if you constantly get their orders wrong?...
Read moreSave yourself the trip and the money. I made a late night run at approximately 2 AM to get $30 worth of food from this facility. I ordered a veggie burrito, a California burrito and some Carne asada fries. The fries were made correctly (not that they were good) the California burrito was not a California burrito. On the wrapper it stated ‘Arizona’ and the contents inside the burrito were not what my son ordered. The veggie burrito had a little bit of rice with a lot of pico de gallo and grilled onions. Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of grilled onions. It’s as if they don’t know what to put in a veggie burrito so they figured whatever crunched and filled the burrito would work. Needless to say, I called back and spoke with the young lady that was taking orders that night to which she replied she would take down my name, and my order, and I had to come back within 24 hours to have those items replaced. I asked her what do I do with the old stuff and she told me that I could just throw it away (so I gave the food to my dogs). Now the owner is not fulfilling that promise of correcting the order.
Bad business, so I’m taking my money elsewhere. There is a better Mexican food shop on Litchfield and Waddell. They haven’t ever gotten and order wrong and their...
Read moreI am with doordash. But, that's irrelevant. This place does not know how to run a drive through or make it clear where to pick up orders during this covid-19. After screwing up the car in front of me's order, and seeing them hand it back through their car to the window, we had to wait behind while they, presumably, RECOOOKED their whole order! When I pulled up to the window myself, after AT LEAST 15 minutes of waiting behind that car (that's a generous judgement of time too I'm not exaggerating), the lady continued bagging another order for in the house WHILE my order sat ready and already getting cold for that entire time I was waiting for the car ahead!! I know this because I asked after receiving the bags! I asked her how late ng the food had been sitting there and she just looked at me. I asked her if it had been sitting there the whole time that the other car was waiting here holding us up for something they themselves messed up! And she just looked at me and then her coworker trying to see what to say! It's wild! It's not that hard to ask someone to pull around and bring them their order for something the restaurant messed up! Don't make me look bad for someone else's screw up! Learn to have customers pull around if its going to be a...
