Honestly one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Me and my boyfriend were seated immediately, and the waitress took a normal amount of time to come over and ask what we wanted for drinks. However, we waited for those drinks for 20 minutes. In the time it took the drinks to come out the waitress asked what we wanted for an appetizer, and served it to us. However, one of the appetizers (my boyfriend's) was a bowl of clam chowder which tasted very sour (concerning). He ate about a quarter of the clam chowder. The waitress noticed he didn't like it and asked why and we explained, but she did not tell the kitchen that it might have gone bad nor did she take it off the bill. While we were waiting for our drinks, which finally came after we had eaten our appetizers (plus a few minutes) we ordered our food. Please note the restaurant was not busy. It took an hour for our food to come out. In the mean time, people who were seated after us, ate and left before our food was even in front of us. When we finally got our food, it was hot (we were assuming it would be cold) however it was less than mediocre. I got the seafood sautée, the shrimp was the least fishy tasting seafood of everything on the plate. The salmon and scallops tasted exceedingly fishy. The angel hair pasta lacked all flavor most likely due to the puddle of water/oil it was sitting in. My boyfriend got the chicken faucher which should be renamed chicken parm. His pasta was cold and as he ate it he discovered the description on the menu was incredibly misleading. We paid and left. As soon as we got to the parking lot my boyfriend proceeded to throw up nearly all the food he had just eaten, and left with an intense stomach ache. We didn't go back into complain so as to avoid further headache, but unless you want to spend your entire night here, and eat incredibly mediocre food, I'd...

From the moment you step in, you're greeted by the friendly hostess, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. The ambiance is inviting, creating an atmosphere that feels like home. But what truly sets Brickstone apart is its exceptional staff and delectable cuisine.
Having frequented this restaurant, my team and I have had the pleasure of getting to know the employees and owners personally. Anthony and Jen, the proprietors, exemplify unwavering dedication to their patrons and community. They understand firsthand the toll of a loved one battling breast cancer and have chosen to give back in a meaningful way.
Through their fundraising initiatives, Brickstone Kitchen has generously supported Pawsitively 4 Pink, contributing thousands of dollars over the years. These funds have directly impacted the lives of the women we support, alleviating some of the burdens associated with their diagnosis.
Words cannot adequately convey our appreciation for Brickstone's commitment to social responsibility and support for those affected by breast cancer. It's heartening to see businesses like Brickstone Kitchen embodying empathy and making a tangible difference in the lives of others.
We look forward to nurturing this meaningful partnership for years to come, as together, we continue to support and uplift those in need. Brickstone Kitchen isn't just a restaurant; it's a beacon of hope and compassion in our community.

Read moreI feel like reviews here must be by friends. This resturant is awful, 4 times Ive come, each time its been inconsistent, too salty, too dry, something always off. The staff is amazing to watch interact with their family, friends, and neighbors its fun to listen to the gossip while you wait for a drink, which is $3 bottles of bad wine not one good label they laughingly charge for way to much for but its all been open days very flat, or could be thats just how $3 wine is. I wanted to like this place its on my drive home. Ive met co workers here twice and twice with my family over a span of a year and its only been consistent with being awful .. I like my food to have flavor, other than salt, I prefer it hot. Watching all the "buddies" get served before me when I was sat way in advance. No apology by the way, I like consistency, and a wait staff that knows how to take care of all the tables not cater to the ones they know. Im going back to Gia's or staying with all the amazing places in Worcester this place is awful. I hope they can keep suckering their friends into coming to support them ... its like friends and family charity. They do not make even a small effort with any other client. Plus the food is awful one time your like oh this pasta is ok but these 5 things sucked, so you go back hopeful same awful service BUT pasta is overcooked this time. Chowder is always sour... they ruin food consistently and cater to an inner circle. Never going again! Plus its freezing all the time. I mean the low end food and high mark up in that cheap wine surely leaves money to heat the place... but why try to have one tging going for you when even atmosphere and comfort suck... consistency on sucking...
