Jim's Pizza — Restaurant in Sutton

Jim's Pizza is the best. Their food is great, prices are right and they deliver! Sam the delivery person is so nice if you get him and I always tip him nicely.

Everything on their menu is truly great with the exception of one that I particularly didn't care for but it's not worth mentioning. Their french fries are SOOO good as well as their onion rings to die for. Fajitas of all kinds and you can add all kinds of combinations during the check out process. Which I really love because options are really great - sometimes can be a bit pricey, but damn - if you want it ignore the price - just order it because it will be so yummy. The Stromboli's are incredible as well. All meals are so huge when you get them. If you eat the whole thing, you gotta ask yourself, is that whole thing gonna come out in one piece too! LOL

None the less - I HIGHLY recommend Jim's Pizza. They so worth trying. You don't have to pay $21 a pizza at the Market 32 Mall - which I did because I was there and didn't want to be rude but it was horrible pizza and they are also less than Tony's and they...

It only takes one bad experience to turn you away, but the fact that they dont sound like they care makes it worse!! Ordered here for over 1 year without issues and now have one. Always ordered over phone, this time the wife tried online. We had a 45min delivery time and received order 1h 40min later. Called after an hour, 5min 5min, called again 20 minutes later, just left just left. I didnt blame the delivery person and unfortunately paid with credit card like I always have, but no tip tip line this time for the online order, only a letter size printout of an email receipt. Having no cash on me, I called back and he said 1min 1min.....I said stop and listen to me demanding my total bill go towards the tip of the driver and that they have lost a custom unless they figure out a way to fix it. I dont believe they took care of this nor do they care. Will make the drive to Tony's on my lazy nights...

Very nice gentleman who run this business. I'm an Uber driver and was lead from Worcester to this area I was unfamiliar with. I came across Jim's and simply wanted to use their restroom. They were very accommodating,very pleasant about it. I then realized it was 5pm time for dinner. So I ordered a roast beef sub. It was delicious. I then realized I was near Sutton MA were I've been wanting to visit for several years, to check on 18th century ancestors whom are supposed to have a family plot there.
