Royal Waffle King — Restaurant in Swainsboro

$12 for corned beef hash, hash browns, toast, and two eggs. Not a bad price. Until it served. To two over easy eggs took a more room on my plate than the corned beef hash. Never have any air shown I've ever been to serve that little corned beef hash. Seriously it might have been two and a half tablespoons worth. So I recommend this to anybody out there. Don't get corned beef hash! Are waiters was phenomenal. For five of us with the tip was a hundred bucks. Got bill for the food was $85. So really prices ain't bad. Just the amount of food on my plate which is the most expensive plate ordered that's compared to the food on everybody else's plate. It was like I ordered off the kids menu and paid an outrageous fortune for it! The dining area for large parties was very nice. Plenty of room for 4 large...

Well..... what do you say I expected at least Waffle House standards, but didn't get it. I took a seat and was properly greeted. Quick with a cup of coffee. Unfortunately everyone who came in after me was served before me. Biscuits and gravy was taken to the table beside me, thr gentlemen didn't want it, so it was taken back to to kitchen (mind you, I can see all of this happening). When I finally got my food my order wasn't correct and the Biscuits and gravy that the table beside me refused was served to me, fresh from the microwave 7 minutes later... so I politely paid for my coffee and left the server a tip. The restaurant wasnt busy, all of the to-gp patrons were given their food, even though they walked in 5 mins behind me. Needless to say, I will not return. ...

So this review is going to be about the people that work there not the food. So we enjoyed our food there and my spouse stepped out and struck up conversation with some locals in the parking lot. Well he locked the dang keys in the car. Staff there were helpful with local resources. Left their door unlocked after they closed so our little girl could stay warm or use potty while we waited. Owner came made my daughter hot chocolate and even gave a coat hanger so we could break into our car. At the end of the day I will always spend my money with good people and that's what...
