Burger King — Restaurant in Swansea

Went through the drive through at 9:49PM and they took my order and it clearly said SD (Sour Dough) Philly Burger Combo meal. My 1 star rating was made because they for 1 didn’t ask me for my drink but rather rushed me through and just handed me a coke. They said just keep it when I got to the window and made me what I wanted. 2nd my girlfriend ordered a strawberry milk shake and she told me that something didn’t taste right with it. So I took a sip and it tasted like some sort of chemical so I guess they had just got done cleaning the dispenser. 3rd to top it all off, I got home hungry and ready to eat my meal and open my sandwich and it’s just a huge cheeseburger with grilled onions on it!!! NO SOURDOUGH just a seeded bun with no Philly Steak nothing! THERE WAS NOBODY IN LINE SO HOW DO DOES A CONSUMER GET RUSHED THROUGH AND HOW DO THEY FORGET HOW TO MAKE A SANDWICH?!?!?! I don’t usually give restaurants reviews but this is the second time Burger King has screwed me in a Month. Get it together folks! The only reason I will be revisiting this location tomorrow is so they can make me a sandwich the right way! I’m taken a back, I don’t understand how a Crew of Burger King workers can’t do something as simple as put a Burger together the right way and clean their milkshake dispenser at the end of the night after they close. Prior to today this location had failed to get my order correct 3 out of the last 4 times I've visited. I'm not sure why I went back, but I did and experienced an epic fail I honestly hadn't experienced before. Today in the drive thru I was told to pull around and they would bring me my order out--not ideal but OK, I understand. 10 minutes later I went in and found they had forgotten about me and said they suspect they gave my order to someone else!

The manager kindly took ownership of the issue and gave me a partial refund along with fresh food. I took it all in stride and was not upset (I managed fast food back in the day--stuff happens) but when I got home I found they forgot to add cheese to the classic chicken sandwich AGAIN--a $1.00 upcharge and the precise issue they have now failed to succeed at 4 out of 5 times!

I actually felt bad for the manager - while trying to help me another customer reported all fountain drinks but 1 were running clear and needed to changed--the staff verified it at both stations and the manager sighed. Lost orders, no working fountains, the kitchen floor a mess and the dinner rush beginning - not a great place to be. I have no idea what's up with this BK location. If I ever do go back it will be because the manager and team member working the front counter were...
