Food was good for the most part. We had the thai chicken salad (11$) which was really light on the peanut sauce but it was still great. The cajun pasta was quite good, but a bit overpriced (20$). The fancy fries they serve (forgot the name) were undercooked though, so I returned those and can't say if they are normally good/bad. The kids meals are relatively cheap (5$), and the fruit is a 1$ upcharge from fries. Service was great, waitress checked in consistently and was very polite. Atmosphere was stellar. You don't have many places with a view here in this area, so the large wall of windows overlooking the garden/disc golf course was nice. I could definitely see coming here for a date night or girl/guys night out. Nothing fancy, but enjoyable.

We ordered the Fredo's pasta, Thai Chicken salad, and the Ruben as our entrees and they all left much to be desired. The pasta was bland with sauce that tasted like they opened a jar and dumped it on. The salad has grilled chicken that may have been cooked several days ago or cooked then frozen and thawed for the salad, flavorless, dry, and tough. The Ruben was thin and tasteless, the grilled zucchini side was 4 thin medallions with little seasoning. The only food that was edible were the pork rinds that are fried fresh. I didn't like how the staff kept yelling across the dining and bar areas to one another. It was a very poor experience and I don't have to go back.

This place is an absolute must! The food never fails and the patio is awesome. The service is generally slower but they're always nice so i can't fault them. I love the homemade Erwins sauce that comes with the black bean burger. I never thought I'd enjoy beets but they do an outstanding job on the flavors! Additionally, it has a great outlook overlooking the disc golf course/ walking area and I love that they added in a preserve area for native flowers.

GLASS IN VEGGIE BURGER! I went to the Fletcher’s at Clinton Hills today for lunch with my daughter and some friends. I am vegetarian so I ordered the veggie burger with roasted beets with feta. When I took a bite of my veggie burger I bit down on something really hard and immediately spit it out onto my plate. I didn't know what it was so I decided to risk it and try another bite. This time I spit out a piece of glass. I immediately called the waiter over (Will is fantastic) and told him about it. He got the owner and the owner apologized and said my meal would be comped. As I sat there with throbbing molars I realized that my entire bill should be comped and not just the meal with glass. The manager came over and told me that the owner had just left and she did not have the authorization to comp my bill. She said I could leave my name and number so I could handle it with the owner myself. I asked her why she couldn’t call him herself to figure this out and she gave me a lot of attitude and stomped off inside. Eventually they comped my bill. We go to Fletcher’s all of the time and I am really upset with the way the situation was handled. I had to fight for what should have been done immediately and the customer service from the manager was awful. 1/10 do...

I will start this review with a very positive remark. Since I typically eat alone, I love to sit at the bar. Ella was my bar/server. She was so methodical and efficient in her service and always had a smile on her face! Once service slowed down, I chatted with her and found out she is only 21 years old. Her work ethic was amazing! You are so fortunate to have her in your establishment! It was a Saturday night, and the atmosphere was exciting with all of the college football on TV. Unfortunately, I did have a bit of a problem with some of the food. The spinach/artichoke dip wasn't hot. I had to send it back to be reheated. Presentation was mediocre. Some of the chips were crispy and perfect, and some were stale and chewy. They were quite inconsistent. I also ordered the wings, and they were amazing as always! My grandkids love to go to Fletcher's for their wings whenever they come to visit! That doesn't happen very often as they are now stationed in Germany. Ella told me you love to read reviews. I don't like to say anything negative, but I hope this helps. Important to be honest. Thank you so much for having your business 5 minutes from my house! Best...

We used to love going to Fletcher’s, especially while my wife was pregnant with our twins because she craved their beets. We were excited to take our babies out when they were old enough and let them enjoy the restaurant too! We have tried the restaurant 4 times now in the last several months and each time been disappointed. This experience we had this evening takes the cake though. Our server got us drinks and brought my salad out and avoided our table like the plague…with absolutely no silver ware. The restaurant was not insanely busy. When I asked after 15 minutes of having a plate in front me and not touching a bite (and it certainly agitating my mooching toddlers) I had to flag down another waitress who told me I could “maybe” have some because no silverware was rolled. At a restaurant. I have no words. Our food had obviously been sitting in the back and it certainly seemed as if we were being avoided because we had kids. 1 other table paid half their check and left and a table next to us got to go boxes for their food because they waited for it for so long that it was cold. I had great food here a few years ago but it seems to have gone...
