Swansea House of Pizza — Restaurant in Swansea

I was in town for my daughter's birthday weekend and all the nearby restaurants had long wait time so I decided to stop here instead. I got a steakbomb with jalapenos on half because my daughter don't like hot stuff. Also got a small cheese pizza and a chicken tenders dinner. Food was good for a pizza shop however they only gave me two packets of ketchup and a small container of sweet and sour for the tender dinner. Was a little confused about this but I made the the best of it. Steakbomb was very dry but flavorful. The pizza was probably the best part. I love how it seemed to be a family that worked there. When I'm in town I will definitely be in again to try other things. I love family owned places so I am more than willing to give them a second chance. Ordered from here few times and so figured to share some thoughts on this place. First of all let me just say that ownership and his staff ARE the best I’ve dealt with in very long time. It really amazes me that the owner always say “ hi my friend “ how you doing etc. his staff are always friendly and they always laughing which sometimes that’s what a customer wants to see. Food wise Their food is amazing Had their bbq pizza and Buffalo wings before and they were so good Figured to try new stuff Got their steak cheese and it was on point as well. fish and chips are sooooo sooooo goood. Overall I was never disappointed with their service nor their food. And to the people who left them negative reviews. Never one to leave reviews but whoever was working tonight should’ve ask themself while making our dinner, would I serve this my own family. An Italian grinder is not hard to mess but there was literally one slice of each meat, barely any Mayo and it was served on yesterday’s bread. Also the two meatball sandwiches were dry as the Sahara and again served in yesterday’s bread. There was literally no sauce on either sandwich. For thirty bucks you should be embarrassed for the quality of food you are producing. This was a sad excuse for a dinner after an 11 hr day and probably the last time I ever order from there again.
