I find it interesting that people that refuse to do their job have any job at all. I mean is it asking too much to make more donuts? I thought that's why your there..... I do hope they find God or a good night school or someone to explain hard work to them but that's what I'd expect from. Swanton. Now I just drive 15 minutes to Saint Albans for my donuts, than experience the ridiculous level of ignorance and rudeness that you'd find at this particular astonishment.
Story time:
The Soapy Jelly I got jelly donuts, and what jelly was there (You really had to search halfway through the donut), it tasted like soap. I couldn't finish it.
Cream I bought a Boston cream, and there was barely any cream inside. Plus it was dried out and stale.
Change I went to go pay for my donuts and coffee at the counter and the cashier had to look at the change THREE times before she could reach a conclusion.
Bill Once when I went in for a dozen chocolate donuts, I was asked if I was "Bill." When I said "Noooo....?!" I was refused. They said they were all sold out, when I could clearly see that they were there. I hope Bill enjoys my donuts. I hope he chokes...

Avoid the Dunkinā in Swanton, Vermont ā Terrible Mobile Order Experience
Iāve been a loyal Dunkinā customer and regularly use the mobile app to order ahead. Sometimes I visit this location, and other times I stop closer to Burlington. After today, I wonāt be returning to the Swanton location.
I placed a mobile order at 7:37 AM and paid nearly $8 for a colada and hash browns. The app clearly confirmed the order with a message at the top of the screen saying, āThank you. Your order will be ready shortly.ā Despite this, when I arrived, the staff claimed there was no orderācompletely ignoring the confirmation.
I even pointed out the message at the top of the screen, showing that the order was placed and paid for, but they chose to focus on the price shown further down and insisted that meant it hadnāt been paid. Not just one, but multiple employees argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue or take responsibility.
This experience was frustrating, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I will not be returning to...

Today they had a guy working on the drive through screen and they had a sign on it but it wasn't taped up properly so the wind was blowing it and I couldnt read it. I assumed it said the order screen wasnt working and I drove through (because a dude was doing maintenance on it. Usually you have to power down things you're workint on). The girl at the window was SO rude to me for no reason. I tried to explain the paper was blown so I couldn't read it. Apparently it actually said to say hello because their head sets aren't working? Okay then tape the sign up better and don't be nasty to customers about it. Thats not the first time I've dealt with a snooty employee here. This location's management and employees are so horrible we really need a better...
