The manager has a very bad attitude towards customers refusing to fix their orders and telling them that she wasn't going to serve them and gave them their money back saying the customers were giving them an attitude when we weren't it started at the menu board at the drive thru when she told us she couldn't hear us so I raised my voice just a little I wasn't yelling and she told me to stop yelling and told me to stop my attitude I never had an attitude. They consistently make coffees incorrectly and just decide arbitrarily to close what they refer to as “their lobby” which is a counter in a gas station. That wouldn’t be a huge deal if the drive through line wasn’t wrapped around the building since they take forever to complete orders. Additionally they like to ignore orders through the app and conveniently say “they didn’t get it”, causing you to wait longer to show them the receipt on your phone that they then magically find the matching paper copy to in their own garbage can. Instead of just fixing it like most people do, she argued with us about what or how we ordered each of the three drinks until my partner just had enough and ended it with a sharp " Okay!
