This is my experience today and I want to make one thing clear at first I never at any time skipped in front of anybody. I ordered online and I went into the store to pick it up like I've done times in the past I waited in line and one of them got free I told her by name told her it was up there on the shelf she got the order down then held the receipt told me I needed a sign everything's kosher so far. While she is holding the receipt I ask her to hand it to me and she said I cannot walk in here and just skip in front of people. She also continued on to just go off on me accusing me again of skipping in line I tell her the way I've always done it there in the past which is walk in They hand me my sandwich and I sign a receipt walk out It's supposed to be expedited for online but I think the thing that bothers me the most is the fact she yelled at a customer like they had actually did something wrong for no reason other than I asked for my receipt to sign. And the greatest part of it I get home and the sandwich is wrong so I'm not ever going to go back to the subway despite having service that was great in the past I'm not hating on the workers I'm hating on that one person because you don't do that to customers It's bad management and I hope they can learn from this because they've...

They said they did and would only charge us for a 6 inch since we were getting a 12. Drove up there, they refused to make it right. Continued to talk to all their friends as if I wasn't there..then they said they don't have a big Philly, after they told my wife they did. I said it's on the website. They said this is a privately owned store. I asked are yall not a part of the subway franchise? They said they were.    Read moreDONT ORDER ON THE APP IF YOU USE THIS STORE!! I have ordered from this subway through the app twice in the last two weeks. Each time my food was very wrong. One time they mixed up mine and my wife's sandwiches. They put the wrong sauces on each and when confronted about it they admitted to messing it up but let us walk out thinking our food was right. Back to back with getting my order wrong is starting to look like the employees are very incompetent and don't know how to read an order. And when confronted with my wrong order they don't even act like they are sorry. This subway needs new management...
