McDonald's — Restaurant in Sweetwater

Drive threw very fast and u don’t have to worry about repeating your self 5 times , there speaker works I go to 4 different places u can here them fine but takes 5 min to get a order right cuts out makes noise go to pay move next window to pick up just to here pull forward bc there behind and can’t have u sitting in line to long or they get in trouble then they still mess up ya order , we was over charged 2 different places threw Xmas my husband said something but the guy said he didn’t know next day he calls the manager who took up for there employee we was over charged 8$ but next day goes back he asks where that girl was one of the employees said she got fired they had her on camera overcharging customers and pocketing the $ saying they gave her a tip, but McDonald’s has always been fast and honest and clean some of the windows at theses other drive threws looks like the windows has never been cleaned, my food coming out of that window,if they don’t care I can’t help but think What dose inside where they prepare the food look like, people next time u go threw a drive threw look at the window most not all are just nasty.not McDonald's there's when I go threw and it's at diffrent times day and night I've never caught McDonald's slipping...

A third edit, not sure if these are seeing the right people, but service seems better recently and people are friendlier. Although the lady who closed the window while I was trying to say something is still there and still seems angry.

Ok, so another edit. Came today with my order placed ahead. Checked in at curbside because drive thru was back to heck and back. People came to the drive thru after I was parked and got their food before I did. Why order ahead? I guess I just need to choose counter pickup when its busy because curbside just waits.

So, I have thought highly of this location. However, the past couple weeks has gone down hill. The latest my husband and I ordered on the app, pulled up and was asked to wait. We sat there in the drive thru for 10 minutes while 3 cars in the other lane went by. Finally, someone came back and said they forgot us. We pulled up to the window and got our food. We were then asked if we wanted to donate to RMH. I said after waiting 10 minutes, and I didn't get to finish my sentence because the lady closed the window. The week before that I ordered a steak egg mcmuffin. The only problem when I got down the road and opened it up,...

Food was okay. Gave my mom the wrong sandwich but we didnt say anything. our hashbrowns were soo hard they crumbled to dust but the worse part was the CUSTOMER SERVICE. the older woman was just hateful. Went up to just ask for some ketchup and she literally yelled and was soo rude. Didnt say a word to my mom just handed her the ketchup and walked off even when my mom said thank you. It was completely empty in there and the drive through wasnt that long. Then as we were eating 2 other people came in and were ignored completely for 5 min . Finally a younger girl came out and walked RIGHT PAST the customer waiting to look out the window? Came back and took the womans order and then walked off AGAIN and left the older gentleman that had been waiting just waiting again . the old lady worker came back out and finally took his order and was still just so hateful. Be in mind as i said the restaurant COMPLETELY empty. im surprised this store even has 3 stars. I videoed everything but google only lets me add photos so everything ive added was screen shots...
