Allstar Diner — Restaurant in Sylvan Springs

I hate to say this like this however I didn't catch the young ladies name that was at the register tonight, short in height short dark hair pulled back very polite and bed apologetic. She is the reason for the 2 stars or I wouldn't even give you one star. We ordered the Family special 2 quarts and a side of baked beans. After waiting she apologized and said they were out of baked beans. So we went with mashed potatoes and gravy. After waiting even longer she came back again apologetic but the mashed potatoes were not heated up. Told her we didn't care we would just hear them when we got home which we live barely 5 minutes from the diner. We get home get it all out on our counter and I'll be danged if everything, everything!! Was cold. So why did we wait for anything if it was all going to be cold?? I am so upset and was looking forward to the BBQ however I think we will be going to the Sylvan Springs diner or even making the trip to Uncle Sam's just...

I was passing through this area and my friend and I saw your diner and stopped for lunch. The atmosphere was clean and friendly. Fast and courtesy service. The food was good , fresh and hot with very generous portions. I was the customer that lost my new chihuahua pup. She is about one yr old. Light brown almost blonde hair. She is wearing a multi-colored collar. She is a rescue from neglectful and abusive home. I'm had picked her up only about 30 minutes before stopping at All Star Diner. I left my information with the Diners employees. If found please get in touch with me or take good care of her. My only plan was to give her a loving home with family that cherished her. Me and a friend ate in there today. We ordered the same thing. This was our last visit . We ordered a hotdog, fries and a drink. The hotdogs used to be so good. I have been craving one. We got our hotdogs and they were exactly like we can make at home. Plus for 2 hotdog meals was $20. I know it's a barbecue diner but, it was strange getting barbecue sauce on a hotdog. We have been there twice in the last couple of months, the food has definitely gone down. I was raised in Sylvan Springs. I have eaten in this diner now times than I can count.
