Great place, loved the atmosphere. Food was good and service was great. Place was clean including the bathrooms. Music was at a perfect volume. The beer I wanted was out which was a bit disappointing. One thing that puzzled me was there isn't a brewhouse or fermentation on site. The beer is made at the owners home as I was told. There were four 15 bbl fermenters onsite but were not being used. Overall liked the place but definitely wanted to see the system the beers were made on. Nice work Roc Hopper!

This brewery was very modern and has great vibes and beer!! 1. Small town Nebraska 2. Multiple beer selections. (Pilsners-Sours-IPA-Stouts, etc.) 3. Some food options. (Very good) 4. Local artwork 5. Great swag area. 6. Multiple places to hang out and relax. 7. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The only thing that might be better then the beer could be the food, and the only thing better then the food may be the art work. You’ve gotta try this place! Fun atmosphere, excellent service, gorgeous addition on the bricks in Syracuse!!

We came here on a whim and wow! Roc Hopper Brewing Company puts Syracuse on the map. I started with a flight of mostly pale ales and was so impressed with the quality and variety I had to try the rest.

Their pale ales are all fantastic and I specifically enjoyed the sour pale ale. Their German style beers were spot on and reminded me of my time stationed there. Their fruited ales and hibiscus gose were all very flavorful and unique.

And that's just the beer...

I wish we had the appetite to try more of the food but we did enjoy the sausage pizza. All of the flavors were well balanced and kept me looking forward to the next slice. All told, we're looking forward to the next time we're in the area so we can try more of their food.

The ambiance was very clean, crisp and modern. I stalked their Facebook while we were there and it looks like they recently renovated. The walls are decorated with one of the owners family members artwork, most if not all for sale. And for a quiet little town, the place was very lively. We're from the Omaha area and, hear me, it's...

Woah! Love this place! Never have been to Nebraska or the Midwest. Have lived in kauai for four years and came out to visit because my boyfriend and his family (they’re from here). I worked for pFriem brewery for a few years before I moved to the island, so I was excited to try some beer since I was in the journey to be a Cicerone . Journey ended but still love beer. The Beer is exquisite . Did a taster, but Let’s talk about the sour IPA or hibiscus gose. ā¤ļø going against the crowd and doing beers like this is what makes them special. Especially when it works this well. Loved the environment, great feel with great art work from Katy!! Had to finish it off with some pizza šŸ• 😳 I lived in NY so I really appreciated a good pizza! So much I ordered another one To-go. Also since I’m a damn vegetarian and they catered to that! Even made a dressing that was vegetarian to go with their Ceasar salad. Courtney and Ursula were amazing and took care of our every need. Glad my in-laws took me in and I’ll be back next time I’m on...

We were super excited to visit this brewery and drove an hour + to get there but had such a strange experience….

The beers were good - I started with the beet gose and my husband had the turtle honu porter. We ordered some fun Halloween themed food they were serving and enjoyed it.

The space was beautiful aesthetically with thoughtful details like lotion in the ladies room and those toilet paper holders that double as a place to set your phone.

But the strange part was that we couldn’t shake a feeling of being unwelcome. The servers hardly smiled, to us or each other, and made no attempts at conversation. We haven’t experienced anything like it and won’t be returning.

Maybe it’s just a locals’ place? But if they want to grow, they need to be a heck of a lot more welcoming! It felt like something bad had happened and we stepped in at...
