I wish I knew the young girls name who works the window early afternoon when I come by (she has short black hair with sides shorter and top a bit longer) because she knows mine! She has learned I like my cone after I get my drink and occasional poppers. She gives me the 2 preferred napkins and always has a friendly smile and happy demeanor. She makes my rough transition between shifts so much easier, and is often the only smile I see during the day. Ordered two meals and got no fries. They wanted to charge an additional 3.19 for the fries ordered. Ask them why FF would be so much more when the meal was already 9.09. Cashier said they couldn't add that in their head. Brought someone else out who also couldn't add but finally agreed the difference was 1.19. Walked in to an employee telling another to apologize in person to a customer when they get back to the store. Upon ordering, they stated they didn't have lettuce for a BLT and didn't have southwest ranch for the salad. Had to wait 10 minutes to get the salad, BT wrap (BLT without lettuce), and a runza. Lastly, they locked the doors and wouldn't open up to allow me to deposit the trash from the meal (no trash cans outside) even though they still had people waiting on food inside the restaurant and five cars in the...
