Every time we order from here, and I mean literally every time, there is something wrong with the order. We spend hundreds of dollars here per month (tonight we spent 80 alone) and after calling back to complain numerous times with nothing more than a swift apology, they continue to make the same mistakes each time. At least one or two full size salads are part of every meal we order and have specific, yet simple, requests how the salad is made, yet every time, there are still olives and tomatoes in the salad. Every time. And MOST of the time, we are given a different dressing than we ordered. Which is only the beginning. We have ordered garlic knots that are nothing more than almost stale, dry pieces of bread with a light coating of oil. Chicken Parm is a dish we order frequently and more often than not the chicken is burned. Pizza, while usually not bad, has arrived burned. When we call around dinner, there is always a 2 hour wait time for delivery. I understand that’s a rush time, trust me, but 2 hours? They need either more staff, or staff that isn’t just a bunch of teenagers who could care less about quality of food or service. No matter whether we call and speak to a person, order online (on their site OR on slice), pick up or order for delivery, there are always mistakes made and we have called to complain over a dozen times over the last year. This place used to be great years ago. They need to make some serious changes or they will lose customers who pay a considerable amount of money for orders several times a month. Read moreWe have all had Pizza deliveries from various places and occasionally, it will take to long to receive OR not be what you ordered OR not be as hot/warm as it should be. Last night we received a text after ordering from THEIR website that it would take 30-45 minutes. It was delivered in 62 minutes, the wrong topping and cool (probably sat on the front seat with AC blasting on it). When I called and asked to speak to the manager or owner to let them know, it was answered by an individual who REFUSED to pass me to them or identify whether or not he was in charge, then explained all the reasons I was at fault because it's typically 45-60 minutes (their website & text said 30-45!), the fact that I chose one of two items but I did not specify in comments which I wanted (they have two options and I checked one but got the other!) And it was the first time in my life I received a COLD pizza. All the while the ignorant employee I spoke to never once apologized or suggested anything but my fault or business as usual. In case ANYONE is wondering if I'm exaggerating, I have the recording of the call. Needless to say, I will make my family, friends, neighbors & co-workers in the area aware of this TERRIBLE...

Ordered online half an hour beforehand to find out upon arrival that their internet and their system went down so they didn’t even get the order to start cooking it. We decided to wait and go next door to Leo’s ice cream shop (which is freaking amazing!). Things were a little chaotic overall, teenager employees trying to find something to clean while the manager and head cook were speaking Italian (AKA authentic) and doing all the work. Our food did take a while to cook, but what transpired from their oven and melted in my mouth is beyond heavenly and was entirely worth the wait.
