RoundUp Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Table Rock

As someone who has studied nutrition and public food service, I am disgusted. Food was cold, service was horrible, our orders had to be redone several times. The cooks bring food that has left the kitchen back into the kitchen and reserve it which is a health code violation. The waitress threatened to kick us out if we come back only because we were upset that there were so many things wrong with our order. Horrible customer service. The cooks "snack" from the fryer baskets which cheats the customers out of their order and is completely unsanitary. The burgers were red in the middle. Specific requests like "on the side" or "no pickles" are ignored. I used to come here all the time and loved it but I will not be coming back or recommending The Round Up for a very long time. They need to round up their customer service...

Food is decent here. But this place is way past its prime. I remember the original owners who ran this place when it was the saddle rock tavern. They were open all the time including the kitchen. Went here on Monday and they open at noon and close kitchen at 200 pm. What’s the use of even opening? If that’s how your hours are going to be. This place is independent as can be. The new owners just don’t care. It’s sad but this place should have just stayed boarded up like it was for over 5 years. I thought it was great that the bar was going to reopen when these new owners bought it, but it’s just terrible. It’s a shame that they have ruined this tavern as bad...

Had to change my review. Ate lunch there the other weekend. No menu. Only 2 items were available. Smoothered fries and BQ beef sandwich. The sandwich was terrible. Beef was the consistency of mush.
