Fast Pho Teriyaki — Restaurant in Tacoma

I went here for lunch, first time ever. I ordered my food at 12:30, I was charged $16.62 for my lunch. At 1:30 other people who had been waiting since before I got there where getting anxious and frustrated from the long wait time. At 1:45 I had to return to work. The man working the counter refuses to give me my money back (no refund policy). At 2:30 I went back to negotiate either getting my food or a refund for food I've paid for and never received. The man accused me of being rude and foul mouthed. I was a gentleman I wanted either there lunch I paid for or my money back. It wasn't until I started to call the police before he finally agreed to give me a refund. He refunded my card $14.82, note I had paid $16.62. Not sure if the food quality goes down due to the virus and limited dine-in rules, but I had the worst Pho and Thai tea ever. Ordered through Ubereat. The Thai tea didn’t taste like tea, but kinda minty. Why mint in Thai tea?? Probably the worst Pho I have ever had also, very disappointing for how much I paid. The broth tasted like water with some powder seasoning, which shouldn’t be. The pho noodles were soggy. There were like 3 pieces of meat, and what worst was that the whole thing smelled like old meats. On the side notes, spring roll had 2 pieces of shrimp, which should be 4. 32 min wait on food for it not to be brought to the table. $36 dollars for chicken teriyaki 1 egg roll and shrimp fried rice. Charged a processing fee on card without saying anything. Ate at the restaurant but chicken was cold still had to drive home and microwave. Feel bad for single dude in there but won’t give this another shot. Egg roll was 4 out of ten.
