Well I guess it's unfortunate that I have to write this. First let me say that with the exception of the bartender, the manager and staff seem exceptionally nice, and you can tell they work really hard. This is my second time here and the first time the food was mediocre and the pizza was soggy when you picked it up it basically fell apart like a cheap Domino's Pizza. But no big deal I can eat anything when I'm hungry and this is the only restaurant open on the West Shore. Tonight The two of us ordered two pizzas they're charcuterie board and a mushroom tortellini. The bartender forgot to put in our pizza order. We had already finished our charcuterie board and pasta and been sitting there for almost an hour and the pizza was nowhere in sight. Of course the bartender didn't admit he did anything wrong he just said he'll be up any minute when an actuality the pizza hadn't even started being made yet. So I paid the bill tip the bartender 15%, it's important to remember this is how they make a living so never leave less than 15%. We couldn't wait anymore it would have been an hour now so I just asked him if they could put the pizza in to go boxes and we would go but the pizza was pretty Raw and had just gone in the oven I guess so I just told him that's okay. First time I paid for two pizzas and didn't get it to eat them maybe the cooks can cook them and take them home. If you're curious I know you probably wondering no the bartender never volunteered or asked if he could take the pizzas off the bill it was clear it was the expectation for me to pay for them so I did. He's very arrogant laughed at me in my face turned around and started laughing with his other coworkers at me. I don't know 20 years ago I would have put him in his place but now I'm just an old guy that had a heart attack a couple years ago so I try not to get upset about anything. It's sad because I remember when this place was called Westshore Pizza many years ago and the pizza was fantastic and the place was always so busy. Oh well times have changed, I guess next time it's Red Baron's frozen pizza which is the last resort but still better than my experience the last two times...

I was scrolling the menu online and stopped at this absolutely delightful and delicious Beef Short Rib Poutine. Good call π€π½π€π½π₯π₯ The flavors all went well with one another.
My service was awesome, Eric took my order and served me promptly after I had some time to look through the beer selections. Food also came out before I finished my beer as well as being hot from the chef who whipped up this dish so perfectly and quickly so thank you chef and thank you Eric! The male host who told me to sit wherever I wanted to was prompt and friendly in the self seating wherever I'd like so thank you too! (next time I'll get your name so I can update this review)
The atmosphere was vibrant but everyone was either busy eating their remaining food , drinking a beer or wine, or conversation which is just how a local establishment should feel and sound. For a Thursday night 12min before they closed the vibes felt like a Friday but less crowded than an actual Friday. But the crowds are for all the good reasons though!
