C.O.E. Cafe — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Not sure how this place got two 5-star reviews. It's the worst place I've been to in years. They don't listen to customizations: a burger is a burger is a burger. They don't keep track of receipts and at the lunch rush, it's like a free-for-all. People are often just hovering outside waiting to get their food, but they don't track receipts so they just say crap like "Cheeseburger" and expect the patrons to figure it out. It's like a de-evolution in dining.

The cherry on top is they charge an arm and a leg for bottled soda (Coke) but about 10 feet away is a Pepsi vending machine with all sorts of drinks for at least a dollar less. Either the 5-star folks never ate when it was busy or they have never experienced a...
