Wendy's — Restaurant in Tallulah

Where to begin haha. This place is surrounded with lazy workers and pitiful customer service. On our way home from a family vacation, we stopped at this Wendy’s not realizing how awful we’d be treated. When ordering my food, I was basically talking to a brick wall but brushed it off. When it was my mom’s turn to order, she kindly asked what the workers favorite food is, as she doesn’t eat Wendy’s often. She rolled her eyes at my mom and shrugged her shoulders. My mom then decided to just go with the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, but asked if they could remove the honey. The worker started at my mom with literal disgust, rolled her eyes, and in the most hateful tone said “that’s the whole point of the sandwich.” My mom hates confrontation and just said never mind to getting food, which is where I stepped in and asked the same question. She said the same thing to me with the same rude attitude. I said “yes. I get that but can you take the honey off the sandwich?” She stared at me for about a minute and said sure. I stayed polite, I smiled and thanked her, and still received no kindness from her. Another customer came up to my family and said “You can’t really ask these workers anything or they’ll roll their eyes and be mean to you.” We agreed and that’s when I decided I’d be leaving this review. Considering that every customer is being treated with such a lack of respect, hateful attitudes, and poor customer service, I wish I wouldn’t have even gone to this place. I hate to say it, but I wish I could give zero stars....

Stopped by Wendy’s in Tallulah, LA while traveling to New Orleans. The cashier seemed annoyed to take order, the server was very friendly, foods was as expected. The building appears to have had a nice remodel at some point. The employees seem more interested in talking to each other than customers. The tables were not wiped off but the worse part is the rest rooms were filthy, hair in sink, no paper towels, toilets dirty, way below Wendy’s standards as I have been to several while traveling. However, The service was outstanding. This establishment just had a school bus full of kids show up in front of us, and a full drive through. The men and women in there rocked at preparing the food and getting it out to their customers and with kindness in tow...
