Carlos Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Tampa

I've been going to Carlo's Sandwich Shop for over 30 yrs. They have freshly prepared food that tastes great for a decent price. I love the breakfast sandwich consisting of cuban bread, ham, egg, and cheese with mayo. and hot sauce. Wow, is it ever delicious! You can also get bacon or sausage instead of ham, if you wish. I love the cuban sandwich for lunch. They are great tasting and have a good amount of meat. One of the best in Tampa to me and I've tried dozens of them all over Florida, as they are a special treat to me. They're a wonderful creation, to my palate anyway. Don't forget to get it 'pressed' as they come out hot and crispy. Mmmmmm, delicious! Plus, the Cafe Con Leche there is amazing. The owners or their sons are always there working and are very polite and watch over the quality of the food closely. I've been coming here since as far back as I can remember. I was born and raised in Tampa Florida just 3 blocks from Carlos sandwich shop. The owners have watched me and my children grow into the people we are today. They've always been nice, respectful and made sure our food was to our liking.
