I went to this location yesterday to get some well needed coffee. While at the speaker I noticed a new waffle sandwich so I decided to try it. I ordered a few coffee drinks a couple of bagels and one egg cheese and waffle sandwich with no meat. I do NOT eat meat so I made sure they knew not to put meat on the sandwich. They have two options for this particular sandwich with or without meat. I paid 37.10 in total only to bite into a piece of sausage. I went back in livid! I haven’t eaten meat in years and I clearly stated no meat on the order. This location was not busy at all but the entire staff was rushed. While sitting in the drive through we noticed one associate scraping whip cream off a drink that was made incorrectly. Instead of remaking the drink they mask it in the drink. Totally unacceptable. I went back in to get a refund for the sandwich and they have an associate large in size and very disrespectful he needs not to be in a customer based setting. The manager tried his best to get me to understand that mistakes happen but I don’t come in for a lecture on people making mistakes. This location needs to be restaffed immediately. I spend $30 a day at Biggby so I definitely know what to expect and Today I was completely disgusted because I spent $30 on 4 drinks here and couldn’t even choke down a single one. These were the absolute worst tasting drinks I’ve had at any biggby. The Muslim girl who made my drinks seemed like she was newer. Yet the experienced worker still had her make every drink and not a single other customer. I really hope this is just a case of a new worker that doesn’t know how to properly make drinks and not the standard at this location. If I wasn’t running late to an appointment I had to be at in Belleville I would’ve immediately returned and demanded a refund. Read moreEverytime iv been here they take 15-20 minutes just to make my drinks, or completely mess it up in general. They make hot drinks when I say cold and cold when I say hot, as someone working in customer service it shouldn’t take up to 20 minutes of sitting in a drive thru just for 2 drinks when they’re not busy, that’s personally not acceptable. The staff as well aren’t very friendly or welcoming, iv been given multiple dirty looks, I try and understand their frustration and give them grace, but the last few times iv went it’s been horrible service. The owner is alright, I got some coupons for the last mistake, but no apologies or anything of the sort. He just handed me coupons and told me I was all set.
