The service is extremely slow, 9 times out of 10 your order is incorrect, and the management isn't very concerned about customer service. Example: A few weeks ago, I stopped by the drive-thru to pick up dinner for my family. I asked for ½ grilled & ½ Original Recipe chicken. I was told that there was no grilled chicken available, and it would be a 16 minute wait, but it was cooking. I declined, because I was in a hurry. However, between ordering and getting to the window to pay, I waited in line for 20 minutes. So, when I got to the window to pay, I asked the cashier if I could have the grilled anyway. I was told "You're food is already packaged, and we're too busy to deal with it." She handed me my food, and I checked the order, only to find Extra Crispy chicken, and two of my three sides were incorrect, and the biscuits were missing. At this point, I asked for a refund. The cashier sighed, rolled her eyes, and stomped off to get a manager. When he came to the window, there was no "What is the issue with your order?" Or "I'm sorry". He just shoved my money out the window. When I told him that the amount was incorrect, he argued with me until I showed him the receipt. While getting the additional money from the register, he said " I'm sooooooo sorry, here's the $2 you are soooo worried about.". I'm sorry for the long, ranting review, but this KFC/Taco Bell has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever seen, and this restaurant that treats their customers...

I put my debit card in the machine it turns out it was down, I asked if she could put it in manually.... she didn't know how to do that... the customer next to me told me they wanted cash only.... I told her I never carry cash... she said she was sorry she forgot to tell me first. I said I'm sorry too. I left and went somewhere else. I went to pick up lunch and asked them in the drive thru line (because the dining room was locked) if we could have some plates and silverware since we were taking the food out to a job site. The way they looked at me you would have thought we were asking for an extra meal. They reluctantly gave us 4 trays and some silverware. We ordered a half gallon of tea with the 12 pc meal and I asked for some cups but they refused and said it wasn't in the price of a $40 meal. I finally gave in and asked how much for some cups but wouldn't sell me any. The manager was very rude the entire time.
