The wife and I decided to pick up some sushi about an hour ago and opted to go with a few additional entrees as well for dinner. The hibachi Chicken was standard and the rice and veggies were great…. but the sushi and vegetable noodles…. Sooooo goood! Like 10/10 delicious. (MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR SUSHI BAGGED SEPARATELY so it’s not hot from the other food when you get home) I didn’t even finish my entree cause I was eating everything else. We also got their new strawberry boba and it was awesome. Very light, smooth, and flavorful. First time trying a Boba and I wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s worth the buy and we are very satisfied with our overall experience. We will be regulars.

Note, all of their rolls are cooked, but they're still really good. The meals come with a cup of their own yum-yum sauce which is great for dipping or pouring over the fried rice. Definitely worth checking out!

We love Yummy Japanese Express!!! The food is so delicious and affordable. Their service is top tier! I don't know the name of the nice woman that works at the front but she is so friendly and helpful and always gets my order correct and everything in the bag.

My favorite food item that they serve is the Taylorville Roll. The combination of sauces on this roll combined with the roll being fried makes this roll so delicious to me. I also love their Vegetable Noodles but anything you order is going to satisfy your taste buds.

We used to visit the food truck location in Springfield and were so bummed when it closed. The other day we decided to drive an hour to visit his new location - and it was perfect! The best hibachi central IL has to offer. The steak and noodles is my favorite. We also tried the sushi which was good too.

The wait was about 25 minutes on a Friday evening, but worth it. The staff was very friendly too. They forgot my veggie rolls and we had already driven away but no big deal. We will definitely make the...
