We LoVED THIS PLACE. Ate here all the time when my husband was a child. We moved back about a year and a half ago and we're ordering it almost weekly. We LOVE LOVE LOVE THE BANG BANG CHICKEN!!! The last few times we got it were horrible. The first time, my son and husband got sick from having the bang bang chicken, which is OUR ALL TIME FAVORITE!!! We thought maybe it was just a one time thing so we tried it again right before new years. Myself and my husband got SERIOUS food poisoning. It was horrible for 3 to 4 days. My son was fine because he refused to order it after last time. It ruined the whole new years weekend for our family. The kicker is we ordered extra and paid extra ( a lot of money honestly) and ended up throwing ALL of our leftovers away, and couldn't eat or celebrate for new years. We were so sick and miserable. We contacted them through their email or whatever form you can fill out online for help ( it was a holiday so they weren't open to call) and it's been weeks with no response. We really just wanted someone to acknowledge this issue, fix it, and maybe even refund us... But NOTHING. We have spent HUNDREDS ( no joke, HUNDREDS, HUNDREDS) of dollars there just in the last 6 or so months and with no response or care from them, we are sadly never ordering again. Note, this happened to our neighbors as well. 2 families had similar experiences with getting sick after eating there. It's not worth the risk. But SUPER DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE WE LOVED THIS PLACE. Since it keeps happening, especially with the chicken, we will be contacting the health department, as we were recommended to do. This is VERY VERY dangerous. In addition the staff is sometimes not the friendliest. Not horrible, just welcoming. Kinda short with us and attitude when we call. We can overlook that, no biggie. Just another reason to not go back if they don't care they are making people sick. Just a TOTAL bummer as we loved this place, but I'm concerned...

The only reason I am giving Danleys a 2 star review is because we had a nice waitress and we like the owners. My food came out incorrect today (for about the 4th time I have came in lately) I usually just let it go but this time mentioned it to a manager that walked by asking if everything was ok. She took my food to be redone after criticizing her own kitchen staff calling them “airheads back there”, then walked back over to me and said she thinks I’m wrong about my food order being incorrect. At that point I just took the food because I’m not going to argue with staff when I am out trying to enjoy myself with my family on my one day off. Then, while we sat at the high top we could hear 5 members of the staff gathered around the bar talking badly about us as if it was our fault they messed our order up. I’m very disappointed, as we use to love coming to Danleys. Our server was amazing, although I think we will be taking a break from...

The clam chowder was decent but very peppery. The bang bang pasta tasted like the microwaveable noodle cups you can get at the dollar store. This is the first time I've ordered pasta in a restaurant and didn't get garlic toast or some kind of bread with it. I ended up only eating a couple bites and then ordered a side salad to fill me up. The salad was very fresh. My son got a tough, overcooked steak and what tasted like instant mashed potatoes and a gravy made from powder or from a can. This was our first visit to Danley's and unfortunately will be our last. We had high hopes based on the reviews. I have no clue how it has 4.6 stars. $60 for less than mediocre food. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the salad was fresh, the soup was tasty, and the staff...

I have been by this place many times while visiting family in Tecumseh and finally had a chance to visit last week. I only took a picture of my food but everyone else’s food looked really good too. I got the country club and onion rings. My picture does not really show the size of the sandwich. It was huge and good. Probably could have used more mayo but I’m one who likes a lot of mayo. The onion rings were good too. Both my daughters got the mashed potato bowl. Both thought it was on the small side but good. Everyone else enjoyed their food and had no complaints. Service was great. Our server was very attentive and made sure the drinks were kept filled. We rarely go out for food when visiting family in Tecumseh but I would go to Danley’s again if I have the chance.

Our first time here and we really enjoyed our meals!!! It what also the very first time I had "Wall Eye". Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. Hubby had the "Patty Melt". Since I hadn't tried "Broasted Chicken" and there was mention that it's one of things they're know for, I made my own "Surf and Turf" by ordering a couple pieces for me and hubby to try and we were both quite pleased. The freshest, tastiest chicken we've had in this area thus far. This a very cozy spot with almost unlimited parking. They have a bar dining área, booths and tables to accommadate as available seating options. Everytime passed by before our visit, we always noted how busy the lot was. Now, we know why and are looking forward to returning to try other entrees!

Delicious food and great service. I've eaten here twice and have not been disappointed. Their porkchops are some of the best that I have ever eaten. The service is hard to beat. The servers ask you several times about how your meal is, and they make sure that your drinks stay full. They have a lot of unique items on their menu, and the portions are big. You won't leave hungry. The atmosphere is also cool with all of the tap handles on the ceiling. We will definitely be repeating customers and recommend Danley's to our friends and family.
