The Pint Haus — Restaurant in Tell City

After the Nacho appetizer was delivered with potato chips, I understood why I'd heard they had problems with their food menu. The bartender was confrontational when I said I couldn't eat this. The owner said this is what we do. Nachos don't use potato chips. That's why they're called Nachos. They didn't use nacho cheese either. He made no effort to understand my issue. When i said I couldn't eat this, he took it and threw it away and STILL charged me for it. They're entitled to serve misleading items on their menu. I don't accept poor quality, misrepresentation of descriptions, or bad service. I got all three at the Pint Haus That night. A bad night got worse because I wanted to see for myself the quality of the food. I'd already been told it was lacking. Overpriced, poor concept. And confrontation instead of accommodation. They have a good business there, just don't provide the level of food for the prices or customer service...

Philly was fresh. Fried mushrooms were fresh. Beer was cold and fresh. Service was phenomenal. Atmosphere was calm and cool. Bar was clean. Floor was clean. Patrons were calm and nice. Patio was fresh poured. Fence was freshly painted. Seating was comfortable. Street out front was smooth. There really isn't anything bad that can be said about this place.... If it wasn't so far from home, I would come here...

The beer on tap was ice cold! Great service, the food was awesome. I got boneless wings, fried pickles, and hubs got a chicken sandwich and fries. Normal food BUT with all wonderful flavors. Love the feel of the place, clean, very cool decor. The owner and servers were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back! I highly suggest you try out this place. They also have an electric dartboard...
