So I’m trying to call this ihop to place a to go order and legit stayed on hold for almost 40 minutes! So I decide to place my order online which I hate bcuz that means I have to include my email (surely I’ll get a thousand and one emails now). The online menu doesn’t include several in house menu items which is very frustrating (which is why I stayed on hold so long). So once done, I decide to do a review. Unbeknownst to me, I’ve reviewed this location before ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Clearly, my review was on how this location didn't have a phone number listed or how it didn’t accept online orders at the time. Smh So now they list the phone number but don’t answer & DO accept online orders but don’t have all the available items listed!? Yeah, what a great way to step it up! I wouldn’t even come to this location if it wasn’t the only IHOP in my area. Whomever the owners, managers, or people in charge of making this business function, etc need to find new employment! I hate coming here bcuz there’s always an issue. THE ONLY REASON I’m attempting it now is bcuz it’s Mother’s Day & my husband is wanting to get breakfast for everyone. This WILL be our last time ordering/dinning at this location. They get so little business already (except for holidays) other than the transients that flow thru from the hotel next door. Clearly they don’t care about their business. The store is ALWAYS dirty (seriously don’t think this location has a broom), tables are not cleaned well or disinfected after people leave. Orders are wrong 99% of the time & they NEVER answer the damn phone! Not like it’s a busy location 🤷🏻♀️ and they’re always under staffed. I love my community but this is one of the 2 worst businesses in Temple Terrace, aside from Dunkin’ Donuts on Fletcher. I wouldn’t doubt if both are owned by the same Indian douchebag that could care less about consumers, appeal, customer service, or the products being put out!
Previous review Pretty bad when you try to look online to make an order and the number listed is not in service (800), no local number available, & no other IHOP knows the number AND it also doesn’t accept online orders. No wonder this business has no business! Smh As a store manager I know these things are important to a business. Apparently not to this location or whomever the manager/owner is here. Read moreTerrible service, I'll tell you that I stayed at the hotel across the street "Ramada" and decided to have breakfast here at IHOP because I love this place but I placed my order online to go because it was easier for me, when I arrived I showed the cashier the order number but the lady didn't speak Spanish so she called another lady to serve me, a short, thick, blonde lady, well I told her that I placed my order and if I could eat it there because the app didn't give me the option to eat it there because she told me no that in order to eat the breakfast I bought online I had to leave a tip, well I told her and if I sit down and order a coffee then I'm going to consume it apart from what I had already bought because she told me that if I didn't leave a tip I couldn't consume it anyway, well it seems very bad to me because the tip is not mandatory and yes I was going to leave a tip but after she gave me my service and my attention as it should be not before without consuming, I think that this lady as she saw that I didn't speak English that well? But she discriminated against me. I won't be returning to this place, and I think they should find someone who helps their customers, not forces them.
