VIP was scheduled. Due to weather, we moved to patio, which was definitely acceptable. However, our experience was downgraded. We were not provided the promised dedicated VIP exclusive 1-on-1 host. When asked to be moved out of freezing cold corner, group moved to long bar with no ability to interact. Tables that could have been used left empty and never offered when other reservations were no shows. We had to request charcuterie that was pre-reserved. Then when rating provided on tock, staff member called to provide every excuse why it was acceptable to have poor service, not to be provide VIP service in tasting room and flippant that it's our prerogative to give a poor review. He had zero real ability to want feedback. So, hopefully, general manager of entire winery sees this and never let that person call a customer again just to blame them for weather and...

Our family of six was extremely disappointed by our visit to Jada’s tasting room. After a day in Morro Bay, we detoured to taste Jada’s wines, based on a San Antonio Winery manager’s recommendation. Arriving 1 hour and 25 minutes before closing, we were shocked to be turned away because we didn’t have a reservation.

The staff offered an apology, but it felt insincere, as if our inconvenience didn’t matter. With four kids in tow, this detour was a significant effort, and being brushed off left us feeling unwelcome—possibly because we were a family. This soured our wine-tasting weekend, wasting our time and money. Clearer communication about reservations or genuine hospitality would have made a difference. Unfortunately, we won’t return or recommend Jada after this...

The wine and views are good but the service is not. My husband and I stood in the tasting room for 12 mins without being acknowledged. The room wasn't busy -- there were 3 staff members and only two other couples.

Don't try to have an Uber pick you up after they close. I ordered an Uber that arrived at 4:47pm (2 mins after closing). The gate at the bottom of the hill was already closed so I ran upstairs to ask if they could open the gate for my driver waiting there. I was told as soon as one of the other cars in the parking lot left and approached the gate it would automatically open and then he could drive in. So we had to wait for one of the other guests to finish up and leave. I tried to call our driver to let him know but the cell service isn't good...

What an absolute gem. A little off the beaten path - and for good reason. This gem dominated our last few tasting experiences in the Paso region and cemented itself as a must stop for future trips. If you're only going to hit one or two spots in Paso, please put Jada on your list. Tasting consisted of 6 wines with a wonderful pairing board. The grounds are beautiful with an elevated modern vibe. Outdoor fire pits looked relaxing! But the wine is the true star here. From Napa to the Russian River Valley, to Amador and throughout the central coast, I can count on one hand how many wineries have knocked it out of the park on each style, and Jada hits that mark.

Jada has long been one of my favorite wineries, and it is in one of the most beautiful locations in the Paso Robles area. The optional cheese pairing with the wine tasting is a must!! Great cheeses complement the outstanding wine! Brittany and Eric were incredibly warm and gracious tasting room hosts. My sister, 2 retired racing greyhounds, and I had a fantastic time tasting the wine and cheese and chatting with Brittany. When in Paso Robles, do your taste buds and your psyche a favor and drop by Jada for great wine and even better company.

Did the wine and cheese pairing at Jada wines and it was fantastic! Great selection of wines and really well curated cheese/charcuterie platter. Reasonably priced tasting and pairing. Eric was our Tasting room host and he did an excellent job of taking us through the history of the vineyard and answered a lot of technical questions! Such great views of the vineyard especially on a nice sunny day.
