Armando's Restaurant — Restaurant in Tennessee

I just left there from phoning in an order that I waited 30 minutes to go pick up per their wait time. I had to wait another 10 minutes after I got there. One of the items was left off of our order and I was told I would have to wait another 25 to 30 minutes to get it so I tried to order something easier and was told that no matter what I ordered it would still be 25 to 30 minutes. I was never given an apology for their mess up and had to leave with my incomplete order and I was also shorted $4.00 of my change. I will say I was very irate over their attitudes and I didn't hold back my displeasure and that was because of their flip attitude toward their mess up. Our food was not even up to Armando's standard. Even though I just live 5 minutes away I won't be patronizing this location again. I shouldn't have had to go to another restaurant down the road to finish feeding my family. I am only giving the one star because you have to before...

When you see an Armando's around the Chattanooga area you have a high expectation for there hamburgers. This location does not disappoint. The paddies are good sized, juicy and flavorful. The produce is usually pretty good quality, all though the lettuce has been a little lack luster a few times. The onion rings and fries are always on point, though personally I like salt applied to fries fresh out of the oil. Bacon on the bacon cheeseburger has always been perfect on the burgers I have gotten. A burger and fries/onion rings from here will take care of most anyone's hunger as they are good sized and worth the money. Don't let the 3 star rating deceive you. Most unfriendly place I have ever eaten at. "Place order at counter, we'll do the rest" what a lie. Our family of 5 came in and spent $33. I had to pay for what they called ranch, but more like half ranch half water. There was 4 tables there and we never were asked if we needed refills nor was any other table visited. So I got up to get them, but when I asked I received no response and when I got my water back it had been filled with warm water and had melted all my ice.
