We initially arrived at 2:30 PM to avoid lunch & supper crowds knowing that parking can be hard to find. As soon as patrons left took pictures of murals and booths. The personalities of Kiko’s staff is sincerely friendly and courteous. All of which help create pleasant dining atmosphere. The staff works very well together. It was clean when we entered and exited. They do not wipe food off rather they clean the tables. The tea is actually pretty good. Of course we had chips and salsa which I forgot and left behind. Salsa was a little too warm for my husband though he liked the taste. It’s better than most and its not watery. Ordered appetizer the Spinach Dip. First time trying Spinach Dip. Was excellent of course anything in good cheese taste great. We each ordered Molcajete! A lava bowl full of steak, chicken, shrimp, green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, chorizo and cheese! Hopefully I remembered everything in it. And it came with plate of salad and sour cream, guacamole, refried beans sprinkled with cheese, and rice. Needless to say we have found our favorite Mexician Restaurant. We’ll eat leftovers for supper tonight. Can’t believe I left the salsa. Hope y’all try and enjoy Kiko’s too! This Restaurant is located near couple of schools which prohibits them from selling alcoholic beverages.

We tried from a friend's recommendation for the first time this past week and enjoyed it. The rice for our meals could have been a bit more flavourful. The cheese queso also needs just a little bit more of a kick. We had a good time and we will come back but we eat a lot of Mexican food around the area and I was just making a comparison. I would like to see the salsa a bit less runny but it was delecious. The restaurant was packed and they did a good job turning over the tables thus keeping your wait to a minimum.

This sweet, family-owned business tucked away into a small strip mall is our Mexican food go-to. My family & I have been eating here since the very beginning. Many restaurants came and went on this corner, and couldn't make it, but Kiko's continues to kill it. My faves: queso (duh), chicken chimi, guac, cheese enchilada, and get the sopapilla with ice cream (the best!)

Honestly all I can say is wow!! I don't know what I'm more disgusted about. The food or how the situation was handled by the "owner"(not Kiko) I have eatin at Kikos for the past year and have typically ordered the same meals when my Husband and I visit. However this was terrible. Their was a newer waitress so we kept our order simple as in the same. We ordered the steak fajitas that come with steak, onion, peppers, and tomato and on the side come with tortillas, guacamole, lettuce, white shredded cheese and sour cream. We order with no tomato and sub the guacamole for queso cheese. This time we were given chicken and steak fajitas so I immediately said that wasn't what we ordered so the lady that brought them took them back into the kitchen. A few minutes later the waitress brought new plates back out (so we thought) and said the other lady put our order in wrong! So we started eating upon doing so we see chicken (disgusting) we remove it from our plate and see even more. So they just attempted to remove the chicken from our plates instead of making new plates. (We don't eat chicken or food cooked with chicken) I then said lets get it to go. While we were talking about getting it to go to leave the waitress comes by with our check which we then notice an extra charge on that as well. For 0.75 so since we had just been their last week and ordered the exact same thing we thought it to just be a mistake with the new server. My husband went to the counter to pay and mentioned the added charge on the bill to the waitress at the register she then said Courtney said "you can't get both cheeses". We were puzzled as to why when one comes with the meal and the other was a substitute. We paid the bill got boxes and courtney came over with one of the boxes and asked if there was an issue? I said yes there was chicken on my plate after I let her mother know it was not what we ordered and that there was an additional charge on our check she was very rude and argumentative and said we can't keep losing money, I didn't put the chicken on your plate and then laughed and said in a smart aleck tone while laughing it's just 0.75 well if it's nothing then why charge it (mind you we already paid it with the bill in full)  we let her know we had never been charged that before which is why we had questioned it to begin with. She said well whoever it was did it wrong I let her know it was by kiko, her sister, her mother and every other server that waited on us. She said well I'm the owner and this is now our policy. I was totally taken back by her rude response at handling this situation. It was very disappointing as we usually enjoy the food and like kiko himself. But the fact someone dug their fingers through our plates to pull the chicken out was unacceptable period. So Unfortunately this showed that as regular customers we're not valued so won't be giving them our money any longer. I normally would never post or complain but feel this was absolutely disgusting with the chicken and handled unprofessional. They definitely could have had a different/better approach which would have had a...

Kiko‘s is an amazing….True Authentic Mexican Restaurant! After leaving/escaping California four years ago, I can truly say this restaurant located in Seymour, is the ONLY real deal like back home! I spoke with the owner before, and he is from Mexico, and a very nice man! He was even waiting tables as well. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Seymour. I went today around 3 PM and had a wonderful waiter named Angel. The dollar tacos and the yummy chips and salsa are less expensive even with tipping, than going to fast food. Angel was so nice and attentive, I left him a bigger tip than what my bill cost lol! All of their food I’ve ever had is truly fresh and wonderful! I noticed that they upped the flavor in the salsa, and it has quite the kick! If you have never tried Kiko’s, you are truly missing out! Support local, definitely give this place a try… You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Kiko’s, for being a part of our community, we locals truly...
