UPDATE: Petros management came up with a lazy excuse, offered me $10 on a loyalty account (which doesn’t exist so I’m not sure how to access it) that can only be used at any “corporate” location in increments of $5 per order. How magnanimous. Truly, misers who can’t comprehend the concept of customer service.

Definitely won’t be returning on a Sunday. The customer experience is terrible. I won’t say “service” because there was none. I placed an online order and was given a potato instead of a chili bowl. I drive back ask them to give me the correct meal, and then get home and they had left out the chips. Mind you — the entire concept is a frito pie…. And I ordered extra… and they gave me NONE! A kid named Lance seemed to be the manager. Two people working, no one coming in and out either of the 3 times I returned yet still couldn’t be bothered to actually check their work. Could tell they just wanted to go home as the door was locked 15+ minutes before close when they’re supposed to be open till 8. Totally inexcusable. I will be reaching out to Petros and expect to get a gift card that covers a few meals since I did all the driving. Also — mind you, I gave an up front 15% top for carry out. Sorry restaurant workers; this place ruined it for you. I’ll only tip Waffle House to go...

I hadn’t been to petro’s in years but it was really good last time I had it. I had a craving for something different today and figured I’d try petro’s. My father and I both got a regular medium petro and I also got a chili cheese dog. Also a gallon of the sweet orange tea. The petro wasn’t very full and the chips weren’t just stale they were actually chewy. The hot dog was a shriveled little mess with a wrinkled little bun and hardly any cheese. The tea wasn’t even sweet and there is no orange flavor whatsoever. This use to be the best tea there was now it’s bland. Ordered online. Ordered 2 slaw dogs. The options online for condiments listed do not list chili as an option for slaw dogs. I specifically wrote in the comments to put slaw, onions, mustard, and relish on the side as I would not be eating my food until later. The cash argued with me that I ordered chili when I did not. Then proceeded to give me the condiments on the side. I asked for just a little more coleslaw since I was given a small cup of it for 2 dogs. And he charged me extra for it. After having to wait for them to fix my food correctly and then proceed to argue with me about the chili….I will make sure to never order from this...
