Pops Bar & Grill Millington — Restaurant in Tennessee

I stopped here to get breakfast and was just blown away by the incompetence and just the lack of respect and disregard for others. I love going to eat at new places, and I thought I would give it a shot since it had pretty good reviews. There was a lady at the bar smoking that I assume was the owner. She was smoking, and if she wasn't smoking she was busy gossiping with the regulars that walked in. I could hear every word half way across the restaurant. I opened my silverware and there was, what appeared to be, a piece of dust the size of a pencil eraser inside the napkin the silverware was wrapped in, so I asked for another set. I should have just left at that point. I decided to stay and eat. The food was ok except for the hashbrowns, they were not crispy. While I was eating a man, that I took to be a regular, walked in the bar, sat down with the owner, and begin to talk. I noticed stuff falling off of his jacket, and I looked and there was a trail out the door of the insulation that was falling off his jacket. I got up and left. Covid restrictions care in place. That means limited seating, masks, wiping down and lots of it. This is a small business and they are taking this stuff seriously. Went in this morning and there was one vacant table. Ordered breakfast - three eggs, hash, and coffee and the meal came quickly. The staff was the regular morning cook and bar tender [ yes, the bar is closed - all the bar stools are on top ] / waitress. Everything was good. I come in a couple of times a month. Have to admit that sometimes there is a wait, however, you have to realize that the kitchen is small and the grill top is small. So when orders are backed up and they are done in the order they are received, I might be waiting a few minutes. Also, their...

My first visit to Pop's Bar and Grill. The diner was clean and the other patrons were friendly. They were not exceptionally busy. I ordered the scramble which was very good and when it came I decided that was probably not going to be enough to eat (I probably eat too much). So, I ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy.

By the time I had finished my breakfast the one waitress said a number of time when she came by my table that she would get more coffee. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a refill on coffee. I never did get my biscuits and gravy. She did note when I went to check out that I never got them but no explanation or apology.
