March 4, 2021, ordered online to pick up on site. As I pulled up one teen staff was cleaning the dining area with no mask on. As I entered, masked, he set aside his broom & asked for name of order. He never once made an effort to wash hands before reaching for my meal. Staff member #2, also without a mask, was moving cooking dishes from a shelf to the back out of sight. The 3rd staff member came into site, but while I was obtaining a beverage from the cooler she too removed mask from face while working with the various toppings.
Historically I selected Snappy Tomato because our family felt they made the best Hawaiian bacon/Canadian ham pizza in town. Plenty of toppings, lots of cheese, & enough sauce to drip down your shirt if not careful. With the switch in owners topping quantity decreased, but they would do when you didn’t want to cook.
After tonight’s awareness of their staff’s lack of food service hygiene we won’t be returning any more! That sucks! I will miss my delivery guy! He was amazingly polite & pleasant. I always looked forward to greeting his cheerful smile...

The pizza in May was sloped together did not taste like usual. Was given a 25% discount for next order. It really put us off at Snappy so its been awhile since we ordered. We ordered Wednesday 8-26-20. It took 1hour&30 mins to receive our bad food.. Use to take 30 mins tops for delivery. We ordered Flat bread, small cheese pizza and chicken Alfredo pasta. The pasta was missing the CHICKEN & The Alfredo was SPOILED it smelled funny at first when I open it to plate for my child. I tasted it and it was bad, this was for my 3yr to eat. Cheese pizza lacked the cheese. Flat bread was the only thing good. I called back & no answer, phone ringed and ringed I did not bother to call again.. We tried to place an order 10 minutes ago and was told that we were being charged more than ever before. When we asked why we were told that the prices have changed. We understand that prices increase but not so much. We were informed that we were being charged for the food, delivery fee and convenience fee and we always leave a tip. CONVENIENCE FEE? What the heck is a convenience fee and for who's convenience? You'll still use the same energy, ingredients and time to make the food, the delivery person is still driving the same distance and you don't need to clean up after us as if we were eating there in the restaurant.
