This place is an absolute joke. The only way they might get your sandwich or meal correct is if you are standing over top of them. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch bowl with everything but pickles. I literally got enough pickles in my bowl for my wife and 3 daughters to all have a nice handful. Instead of RANCH on a chicken bacon ranch they put my ranch on my wife's sandwich (she got an italian), I was given a half cup of mayonnaise. I got no jalapeños or onions on my (these were supposed to be extra rather than normal) . My wife's sandwich was an Italian which she never has toasted and was supposed to include heavy pickle. They gave her the wrong cheese (American Instead of pepperjack) she got 3 pickles clumped together in the center of her toasted sandwich. She asked for honey mustard and light mayo as her dressings, she also received a half cup of mayo, got light honey mustard, they added peppercorn ranch AND chipotle sauce to her sandwich and then toasted it with half the meat only on one side of the sandwich. My girls ordered turkey subs that were all similarly messed up. Jalapeños where there were supposed to be none (for our 2 yr old) no pickles on any of their food, they added onions and banana peppers to the sandwiches. In short unless you see right there in the shop, dont waste your time or money. You WILL NOT get what you ask for as these people are obviously incompetent and can't read. This isn't the first time it's been bad but it's the first time it's been so royally screwed like this. When we called it took 5 times for them to even answer the phone(first time they have answered in our 3 years here) just to be told that they weren't responsible for the sandwich as they just got there at 7. We ordered at 6:55 for a 7:20 pickup. You're obviously one of the people in there making food, you handed the order out, you're responsible. Read more10/26/22: I usually stop at this Subway at least once a week, to get my lunch while I'm working, and I had no complaints until today. After being in quarantine for 5 days, because of covid, I finally came out to get something to eat besides soup. I ordered on the app, so it would be ready when I got there. As soon as I placed the order, it said they were making it right away, so I knew they couldn't have been that busy. When I arrived at 3:35pm, I noticed one employee outside and it didn't look like they had any customers at the moment, so I pulled around to the drive-thru window to pick up my food. I waited for a few minutes until the person outside finally noticed me out there, and came up to the window to see if there was anything wrong. I told her I was just there to pick up my to go order if it was ready. She said they didn't have any online orders ready for pickup, so I asked her about how much longer, and she said she didn't know. I told her I would just wait in my vehicle since I was still getting over covid. While I waited, the employee I spoke to went back outside. I finally noticed a couple other employees inside, but it didn't look like anyone was getting my order ready. After waiting another few minutes, a gentleman came to the window with my food, handed it to me and said nothing. I have never dealt with such rude employees at a subway until now. The tone in the first girl's voice and her non-caring attitude, make me hope that she only works the late afternoon shift and I won't have to see her again. I hope everyone was just having a bad day and this isn't the way they treat all their customers, because if this happens again here, I won't be back. Plus we were just craving Subway and we’ve been wanting to get it for a week or so it all of the ones around here were closed and we saw that that one was still open so we go all the way there and we almost ordered online and we weren’t the only car that pulled up to the drive-through we could see people inside the lights were on and they just ignored us they ignored the other cars as well I tried to go to the door there was a note that said the lobby was closed I get that because of the pandemic so we tried to go back through the drive-through I even tried to call the store. I called because online it said they close at midnight we were coming from Knoxville so we were about 15 minutes away but we got there around 11:20 at 11:30 I went through the drive-through for the second time and called the store at 11:37 we pulled back around the building and the workers were leaving. If the store doesn’t close at midnight then they need to change that online they could’ve at least answered the phone or said something they didn’t have to look at us through the windows and ignore us and turn the lights off I don’t knowIf they just decided to close early if they weren’t busy if the hours have changed or they just didn’t want to do their job but they were other ways that that could’ve been handled if I could get this review zero stars I would I love Subway I usually have great things to say the one that we are regulars that we know some of them my name they know us even though our orders and it’s usually great but this time I felt the need to say something to at least let the manager know what...
