SUGGS CREEK PIZZA — Restaurant in Tennessee

Don't know why this place a labeled as a pizza place. It's a dirty gas station. I attempted to rent a uhaul and trailer from this location. I showed up and waited for the individual behind the counter to finish there personal call before addressing me. Almost 15 minutes later I got her attention. I told her about my reservation. She asked my name atleast 5 times. She was very disorganized. The truck and trailer I was guaranteed was never there. I left empty handed and now have to find a new rental to move with. I was treated as an inconvenience and was never apologized to. They had my reservation and knew they didn't have the equipment. They could have called and informed me before I made the trip to them. All they had were two 26 ft trucks ( I reserved a 15ft truck) both trucks were severely damaged. They are trying to get there customers to take these trucks that are in horrible condition. Many red flags. Stay away...

I bought 3 pizzas and needed a coke afterwards. The cashier charlie told me i needed a 5 dollar minimum and charged me extra.the problem is that he asked after the point if i wanted a coke after it was cashed out.ofcourse i used a card.this is wrong after i spent 30 dollars there.This is wrong when i can go to cooks and they dont charge extra. This is a huge disappointment for suggs. I will never shop there again!!!you can go anywhere else and not get treated...

Food always excellent and fast, always greeted with a "hello" and a smile it doesn't matter what time you come in. You are treated as if you are a best friend or family. I will only go to this market. Nice, clean, friendly, place. I would rather give people that treat me like I matter not just a number, my money than some big name chain who won't even look at you yet alone say Hi....
