We are so “Beyond Excited” to find this place!!! We will be here all of the time now. Tim was our server and helped guide us through the menu (what an incredibly nice man he was) and provided grace A service in every way. Every recommendation he gave was spot on. We had half a dozen raw oysters and half a dozen steamed (sorry no pictures we got excited and ate them before remembering to take a picture). They were really good. I had the wings and as you can see these were the biggest meaty wings I have had in my life. They were so juicy and the flavor was to die for. The Dry Rub Cajun wings (Tim’s favorite) were the best wings ever to enter my mouth. I am a die hard buffalo wing girl, but there is a new wing in town and I love them. My husband had the 10 oz Ribeye and it came with a house salad, Mac & Cheese and Texas Toast. He said that the 10 oz was just the right size, cooked medium rare perfectly with a lot of Smokey flavors. With every bite there was a burst of flavorful juice that came out. It had very little fat and lots of very tasty meat. The salad was one of the freshest he has had (the lettuce was crisp as well as the cucumber), the Mac & Cheese had a thick cheesy sauce, and was really good. We both had to try cake after seeing it as we walked in. Tim gave us the low-down on each kind. I had the Coconut Cake and my husband had the Hummingbird cake. My piece of cake was HUGE, with what tasted to be homemade light and fluffy icing, that wasn’t too sugary. The cake was also homemade I would guess. It had a filling that was maybe pudding or icing and I really enjoyed it. My husband’s Hummingbird cake was a new amazing twist on Carrot Cake. I think it had pie crust in the icing, chunks of raisin and maybe some nuts. It was a huge piece just like mine. For someone who doesn’t usually order deserts (which is my favorite part of a meal) he ate the whole thing, and even went into detail about just how good it was. You have to make this a part of your must stops. We went back the next night for more dry rub Cajun wings and the Banana Split cake (It taste just like a banana split with pineapple and strawberries in the cake. It was so moist and the chocolate syrup and sprinkles on the outside - it was amazing.) We can’t wait to keep going back to try the crab legs, fall of the bone ribs, Philly Sandwiches, burgers, shrimp and so much more!

Our first time stopping here was on Mother's Day. Luckily we arrived just a little while after the 11 a.m. opening, so the crowd hadn't gotten there yet. We were greeted at the entrance and handed off to our waitress to be shown to our table. We sat down in a booth but I felt a bit tight there so we were moved to a regular table with no problem. The waitress was extremely helpful in explaing the menue and availabe options as well as suggestions. We ordered steamed oysters that were very good. My wife ordered the hamburger steak covered with sauteed onions and peppers, fried okra and a side house salad. It also came.with a piece of toast. I chose the fried catfish(all you can eat) with fries and a side house salad. Wife's hamburger steak was cooked as ordered and juicy and flavorful. Okra was good too. The salads were good but could have had less lettuce and more of the other ingredients, but not a bad salad. The catfish were pretty darn good. I asked for another piece as it was ayce. In a few minutes another order (as much as I began with) arrived. Ended up bringing a couple large filets home with half my wife's hb steak. Our server was excellent. Drinks were kept filled and we were checked on several times to make sure things were as they should be. I should have gotten her name. Oh, they were giving mothers a free desert for Mothers day with a Choice of strawberry shortcake or black Forest cake. All in all a Very nice meal. We will be back and bring our friends!

First off I’d like to respond to KH because in all honesty and for the sake of the customers and staff I hope you don’t go back.. secondly I took one bite out of my mushroom and new Id be back for more and last but not least you took a picture of that cake from the top so of course it looks small, but that side view would have shown a piece of cake half the size of my neck. If you can’t find gratitude in even the smallest things, you will never be happy with anything. Anyway onto my review. My friend brought me here for my birthday and you can 100% tell that the food is not frozen and served reheated. Yes the prices might be a little higher then some may want to spend but there’s lots of us that know you get what you pay for and the bill is worth the quality and fresh food we just ate. I scarfed my food down so fast and yet we were still checked on at least 4/5 times by two different people. We will be back! The only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t know we had to give a name when we walked in so we just hung out for a few minutes until another customer asked if we signed in however there was a massive group in front of us so I highly doubt we were even noticed by the staff.

Me my cousin my grandmother and my wife stopped and ate it was good and we all got a steak my wife is pregnant so has been getting her steak well done and her steak was a little under done but wasn't a big deal just wanted let them know one of the sides of there grill was running colder than the other they took her plate back got it well done brought it back out and apologized took the meal off the bill and gave us a gift card for our next visit both if them wasnt needed at all it was completely fine we know that is easy to do with trying to keep it from drying out and keeping it juicy and tender and keep it coming with 3 medium well and with that piece of steak being as thick as it was we werent upset but they still instantly made it right as soon as they knew it wasn't cooked all the way but they still went above and beyond what we wanted or was even remotely expecting if she wasnt pregnant she would've eaten it without a doubt so even though wasnt completely perfect for this visit any other visit we have had in past and any visit we plan after her pregnancy is over it would've so still had to give the food 5 stars if could give more on service I would they went completely beyond what was expecting and atmosphere was and always has been very welcoming and stress relieving I think that isn't the right word im looking for but since around the times I tend to eat is in there slower times so not very loud with not a lot of people talking or the noise of a...
