The Chatterbox Tavern — Restaurant in Tennessee

This is one of Knoxville’s hidden gems! A group of us went for karaoke night and had a blast. The drinks are very affordable and there’s also a food truck outside with tasty burgers, nachos, and maybe tacos? The staff is so attentive inside the bar and it feels like they genuinely care about you... kind of like Cheers. The Chatterbox gets 5/5 because above all, they support our troops and veterans. Discounts for military and the bar is veteran owned! If you love America, this is the only bar you need to visit in Knoxville. Don’t waste your time at the bro-tastic bars near UT.

not sure I not been there a whole lot but when i get me beer I felt like was being judge had 2 beers and left that should not be the case with a bartender , the bar tender was not friendly. maybe she was having a bad day or something. when i am able to get I like to go here close to home but it was died for a Saturday night . may want to rethink the bar tender she looked mad to the world last night . guess you cant have everything perfect every time you go. Hubby's band was there to play! The owners are wonderful people! Great wait staff! I think it's a work in progress...really nice new stage! No dance floor...bumpy ground and someone is going to break and foot ankle leg.. especially those drinking alcohol! There was a really nice food truck there. Great food ..super fresh!
