The soup (tomato florentine) was good but the rest you can tell they just opened a can or bag and heated it up. They don't allow substitutions, even if you are willing to pay an uncharged. I wanted a cup of soup instead of the chips but wasn't allowed. My mom wanted homefries instead of hashbrowns and that was when we were told they don't do substitutions.
