Burger King — Restaurant in Terre Haute

I dont normally go to BK .. the last few times I did the Whoppers were dried out and the fries were cooked to death .. but that wasnt this location .. so driving on I-70 I pulled over and decided to try the drive-thru .. got a regular whopper, cheesy jalopeno bites, and a chick'n sandwich .. all were hot and fresh, though the jalopeno bites are just not my style .. I think they probably cooked them correctly, but its just not my thing so Im not subtracting for that, just its not a great product, and Im sure since BK came out with it, all locations hav to carry them on their menu .. I will say the chicken sandwich chicken breast was very moist ! decent sauce and tasty .. I still like Popeyes sauce better but I was blown away that BKs chicken was better ! yes really . Overall nice job here . friendly staff . added an extra item on at the window and no complaints, nor attitude, etc .. just a smile and accommodation of my request .. (and thusly my appreciation ..) Im giving 4 1/2 stars for the product, employees, quickness, and Accuracy (!!!!!) of the order .. (you wouldnt believe the times I get the wrong stuff from places, or they forget something ..) yes even when I check the bag sometimes I will discover a mess-up when I get home .. but driving in the vehicle west-bound on the Interstate this location was handy and Im giving them something I never thought Id giv Burger King again .. ever...

This place is a joke. They make you sit at the first window when there's nobody in line because they're slow in getting your food and they don't want to be in trouble for their 45-second wait time. Total joke I'm tired of sitting at the first window I'm pulling up on my own. It is stupid that you place a mobile order to save time, when you get there no one is in the line and the guy over the speaker tells you to hang on.. several minutes later he comes back and asks for the order, I say I placed a mobile order .. he then tells me to pull to the first window. Once there he tells me to sit there and not to pull up, I said I already paid on the app.. he says ok but just sit there .. like I said no one is in line other than me. I sat there for several minutes and then pulled ahead on my own to the 2nd window and sat there for another 5 minutes until my 2 cheeseburgers came. I then asked the purple haired guy why he asked me to sit at the first window.. he stated to me that they have a deadline to get the food out once an order is placed and no one can sit at the second window because his manager will yell at him due to the longer than acceptable wait time of 45 seconds.. I then told him that this is his way of manipulating the requirements of his employment... Like I said go to McDonald's down the road.. this place sucks and their people suck too. Needs new management to properly train...

😩 I'm extremely disappointed in the night shift at this location tonight. On top of being the only customers at the time and our 25 minute wait for two classic chicken sandwiches (that ended up being made wrong anyway 🤦🏼‍♀️), the girl at the drive thru was visibly eating with her hands at the drive thru while waiting on our order, constantly touching her face, rubbing her nose and moving her mask up and down. 🤢 Not once did she sanitize or wash her hands after any of it and she was also touching all of the counters, etc. 🦠 The night shift supervisor was constantly rubbing his obviously greasy hair back.💦 None of them were wearing any hair nets and the only one wearing a head covering was the drive thru girl and it was a visor. Not to mention she was the only one wearing a face mask out of the three workers on the front lines.😷 One of which was of course the supervisor. 🤯 I'm not usually so aggravated, but it was bad enough that I immediately called their customer service number and reported it all. 🛑 If you're really craving a Whopper, I would suggest going inside and making sure that the staff isn't breaking so many health codes before ordering rather than using the drive thru. 💯 Let's hope that corporate gets this...
