Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Terre Haute

We live really close, and they always have great customer service, a fast delivery time, and the food is always good. My only complaint is the occasional forgetting of instructions or substitutions. Case in point, we ordered tonight one of their Chicken Fresco pizzas with half banana peppers and only half tomato. Tomato was on all of it, and there were no banana peppers. Another order, we didn't get our cheese dip. Another order, we asked for no black olives in the salad we got, and it was full of them. Just little things like that. The food was fine. I ordered a pizza and salad for delivery, but the salad was missing. I tried to call to get the salad, but was put on hold for 15+ minutes with no updates or response. That's a 9 dollars of food that has gone towards nothing and horrible customer service.

Update: after waiting 30+ minutes, I was hung up on. I repeatedly tried to call back, but kept being hung up on. I haven't even gotten to say a word before being completely ignored and disregarded. After 45 minutes I got a response, a refund, and credit for the inconvenience. My only big annoyance is the being hung up on multiple times...

Our first time was A HIT! We were extremely pleased with how we were greeted, that is such a rarity now days! The employee was working his rear off carrying sodas in, The manager who took our order was absolutely the kindest, not just to us but his worker! We got to witness quite literally a sigh of relief in this world, the store was clean - smelled phenomenal... we weren't going to stop but it just smelled delicious! We will certainly be repeat customers, We LOVED his food suggestion "my wife loves the CBR pizzoli" Well So did my guys wife ( me 🤣) !! Can't wait...
