Tessi’s Pizza & Roast Beef — Restaurant in Tewksbury

My family of 9 just ordered lunch from Tessi's today. I cannot tell you how amazing this place is! I drove there, placed my order with a very friendly counter staff. The man took my order, made sure it was correct and I had everything I needed. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly! The food was fresh, delicious and still hot when I got back to Nashua. We tried the Junior Beef, Big Beef, Super Beef, Super Pastrami, Roast Beef sub, Shaved steak with Teryaki sub, fries, Jalapeño poppers, onion rings and steak tip dinner. They made sure everything was correct and the wait was not bad at all, especially considering we got there at noon! The beef was rare, delicious and the sauce was excellent! The portions are incredible- we all have leftovers for dinner! All the food was amazing and we can't wait to try new items...

Unimpressed. Ordered here for the first time tonight using the online ordering option. I ordered a chicken BLT. It asked if I wanted provolone or American cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, etc. All for .25 -.50 extra. Seeing as a BLT includes lettuce and tomato (I mean, it's in the name!), I did not check off those options. I assumed, seeing the additional .25 or .50 cents, that checking it would give me EXTRA of those items. Instead, I opted for mayonnaise and provolone cheese. My order arrived and lo and behold, I receive a sub containing chicken, bacon, mayonnaise and provolone... and nothing else. Why are you charging extra for something that should already be included? Furthermore, why are the options given to add these items, rather than remove them? And no comment box? I most likely won't be ordering...

Bought a small veal cutlet calzone. I have to say it was by far the best calzone I have ever eaten at any establishment. The veal was not pre made veal patties but fresh, tender veal stuffed inside with softest and most tasty dough covered with fresh mozzarella and a wonderful, fresh marinara. It was large enough to feed two people with normal appetites. I had ordered a steak tip sub in the past and the quality of the steak tips is second to none. Amazing, juicy, great flavor, and a large quantity served with large order of onion rings that was enough to feed a family of 4 to 6 and the prices are more than reasonable for the portion and quality you are receiving. By far the best place anywhere in the immediate area. You have a customer for life if this quality...
