Big Mama's Boys (Brought to you by Big Mama’s Crockpot) — Restaurant in Texarkana

I walked in for the first time and was treated like family. I told them I’m from Little Rock in town on business and the gentleman at the counter told me new customers get a free slice of cake (I got the butter pound cake and it was AMAZING, fresh and hot out of the oven too), then I was deciding which entree I wanted and mentioned turkey necks, so he offered me a free turkey neck to try. FALL OFF THE BONE DELICIOUS. I was sucking bones in front of everyone. I ended up getting the chicken spaghetti, cornbread, yams, and macaroni and cheese. I ate every last bite and wanted more! I got a plate each for me and my coworker and he felt the same way. We will be back next week and EVERY time I’m in Texarkana. Every single employee there talked with me and I genuinely had a good time. I review so many restaurants but this place is hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and after a plate of this soul food heaven, you’ll want nothing more. The only downside is if you’re wanting their ox tails, you’re gonna want to come early. Thank you Big Mama’s, you’ve earned a lifelong friend and customer. 10/10...

We was passing through and saw the sign Big Mama’s Boy and decided to stop by to eat. It was the best decision we made all day, the food was on point “Soul Food”. We had the Neckbones and Turkey Necks it was season to perfection and falling off the bones and let’s talk about the Cabbage I believe it was the best cabbage I’ve ever had. The Mac and Cheese was moist and cheesy, needless to say everything was literally finger licking good and will definitely be back to eat again. First of all let me say that the food is good but it comes with attitude and poor customer service. One lady was treated so poorly that she walked out. I amongst others witnessed the pure disrespect (from a woman I'm assuming was in charge) after she asked about the spare ribs. Then when we received our food we was told since we didn't "ask" for tea....(that came with our meal)...she didn't give us any. We had to wait on our sugary brown water.
