Subway — Restaurant in Texarkana

Walked up to counter, there were 2 employees there. Neither acknowledged me. They weren’t making orders for other customers. Finally, 1 lady asked me what I wanted. I asked for a chopped salad. I guess they don’t make them chopped anymore. She started putting ingredients in a plastic bowl. I asked for double meat(tuna) and she put 8 scoops of tuna on the lettuce and spinach. Next came a layer of sliced tomatoes and cucumbers then a layer of sliced cheese. She squirted the oil and vinegar on top of that. This salad actually had about a 1.5 inch layer of tuna on it. I had to take it home, take it apart and chop everything up into edible sized pieces. Wont be back. See pic for the tuna...

Pitch a tent. There were three employees there and only one working. We were third in line and stood there for 50 minutes before we finally got our order. Then, the gentlemen ringing us up rang up the Mrs and myself separate. Our orders were cold by the time we got to the car.

I timed the entire ordeal. For two six inch subs made standard, it took 10 minutes from the time the server first approached me to the time we walked away...

This subway only has 1 worker and no one to help. 7:45pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend and 1 worker is absurd. There was like 10 people in line and it was moving so slow. After 15 minutes and only 3 people taken care of we left with no food. We were at this location 2 weeks ago around 9:30pm and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before we were even helped.
